Ordered food last night. Cost us over $100. Was impressed when our user driver showed he was there pretty quick. However, he seemed to be waiting for a while. All good, we thought, cooked fresh? By the time our order got here, 2 suburbs away, it was cold. Like ROCK COLD! EVERYTHIN WAS COLD! The chips, nachos, burritos... everything. So beware people, reheating in the microwave is not the best way to eat this Mexican. I'm sure in store is not so bad?

Young lady at the front tryed to charge $5.50 for guacamole, when ordering 3 sauteed vege hard shell tacos.
and said you'll have to pay for it, then it came out free anyhow. even though I refused to purchase it.
please train you're front of house staff better.

My food was great and the lady who took my order was lovely however, my order was wrong the first time and the guy I asked to change it was extremely rude. He had an attitude,rolled his eyes and spoke down to me. Not impressed with his service at all. other than that I was very satisfied with my experience

$16 is pretty outrageous for a burrito small chips and a small drink, but the staff were friendly and professional while the tables and chairs were all spotlessly clean. It's a GYG...but one of the better ones.

waited 15 minutes for two corn chips with guac. numbers after ours were being called out and none of the staff members asked what we were waiting on. After going up to the counter to enquire on my order a blonde haired staff member fixed up my order without apologising or smiling. terrible customer service. Even after all that i still did not receive the correct order.

Pretty good food, has always been a 5 star for me but went there tonight at 10.15pm and the guy stacking stools was slamming them on top of eachother. Very loud and annoying
I let the girl I was ordering with know that it was loud and she just said, it's closing up time. Ok then?

Food had fresh veggies and was prepared well. This place also has proper rest rooms and good amount of dining space. This place is wheel chair accessible as well. Everyone in the group appreciated the food.

Angry staff, he gave me the wrong order, he just keep arguing loudly, after all he didn't apologise.
The food is great, try the nacho fries , it's so delicious.
There's a plenty of good dining areas, indoor and outdoor.

There weren't any others customers in the store being served, yet they managed to take our order down wrong. My housemate came home with my Vegetarian burrito bowl to discover chicken instead of vegetables, along with 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream that I paid extra for. When my housemate went to take it back, they refused to give a refund and would only give a store credit. You've pulled this nonsense twice now. You won't be getting my business again, especially when you can't even take orders properly when there is no one else in the store. You're a joke.

Unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences lastnight. Not only was my order made wrong 3 times. When I finally received my burrito it was full of frozen cheese. And then spent the night vomiting with food poisoning which is not pleasant at the best of times but especially when you are 25 weeks pregnant. Very disappointing as we have been regular customers of GYG for a long time.

As all my friends know GYG is my favourite place to eat and I made sure to remind everyone that today was Cinco be Mayo and they needed to get there for $5 burritos. Very disappointed after driving nearly an hour to get there to find out that wasn't happening at this location. Still bought burritos and they were still delicious but more expensive than I had planned them to be. Seems like Cinco de Mayo should be celebrated across all locations.
