Great relaxed ambience, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and such a well-stocked spirits bar! If I had a bar, I’d want it to be this one! The venue itself … if only the walls could talk! And whilst they may be known for whisky, the gin selection is excellent!
My friend literally lives across the road so we always hit up Babylon for drinks and a game of pool when im in town. The venue has a real WOW factor as you enter and they’ve done a great job leveraging the architecture to create an ambient and warm bar. Friendly service and great drinks
Great Sunday afternoon jazz. Worth the 10 dollar entry. Drinks can be expensive but the atmosphere is great. Very art Deco.
Lovely fresh, interesting food. GOOD well, made cocktails. Great, courteous service from all staff. Only downfall was desert & coffee. Whilst well made, they didn't hit the right spot.
Max and Abbey were unbelievable in their hospitality to myself and our group on Saturday night (April 2, 2022). They did everything incredibly well considering how busy the venue was and how unreasonable some guests were being due to the number of cocktails on order - A second juicer might help the
Probably good for drinks but not for foods. Waited for more than 1 hour for the foods (we even had reservation) and the foods turned out very bad and too expensive for the quantity and quality (i.e. $25 for a dish of full prawn heads and only 2 prawns).
Good for a few beers or a cocktail but the food is probably the worst I’ve had in a long time. The main course was served before anyone had finished they’re starter and then the same dish was served again 10mins later. Lots of apologies and the promise of a free desert which was still frozen.
