As a first time customer... l ordered 1 pizza, she said it will be ready in 15mins, Tuesday night. I turned up. The pizza had not even been made. She said do you still want it? Not even any apology. Pizza wasn't great. Don't bother, for $20

Pretty poor service when they give you unrealistic time frames on when your order will be ready for pick up or delivery! Ordered delivery online, said it will be delivered by 7:25, call them at 7:40 and they said my order has just gone in to the oven? That’s poor! What ever happened to under promise

Have had good experiences in the past here but recently it took 2 hours to receive even after numerous follow up calls and wasn’t as good quality as before.

These are the Very Best Pizzas in Newcastle! The staff are Fantastic, being a Family owned & run business, there Friendliness makes you feel like you are part of the Family! The ingredients are very fresh & healthy. I would recommend this pizza shop over any other. If you haven’t tried there pizza

Tried for the first time. Disappointing! The pizza base was really ordinary. Topping was ok.

Been getting pizza from HGP for a year or 2 now. We don’t bother with any other pizza shops. Their pizzas, calzones and extras are great (fresh ingredients, traditional and gourmet styles ). Delivery and service is great.

Great tasting pizzas, plenty of extra toppings to add as well. Good pricing for what you get. A number of gluten free options that are safe for coeliacs, all of which are clearly labelled!
