This Store definitely needs new management or to be closed. I ordered pizza for pick up when I reached home found my pizza wasn't cut at all just wrapped in box straight from oven. Never expected this kind of service in a from a reputed chain. When I called back the response was very rude not even an apology or tried to rectify their mistake or ignorance.
Please don't order here if you want pizza there are so many better pizza places in town IMO.

I ordered food from Menulog and this guys do delivery to the customer not Menulog drivers and I waited for more than 1 hr for food and at the end I didn’t get my order and the status of my order was delivered.
I was so hungry that time and will not order food again from here in my life 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Last night, I ordered one of your new range pizzas slow bbq brisket pizzas with Vegan cheese. A lifetime of living with lactose intolerance has a customized me to living cheese free. A pizza, being an arch nemisis of mine, rivaling that of sub zero. Imagine my surprise when Halfway through pizza enjoyment phase, I could feel the soft sounds of the drums of war begin...barely enough time to assemble the men, I made it to the bathroom, closed the door and fought for hours on the front line. Unfortunately my cat had been sleeping in the bathroom and was witness to the whole event...I was unable to open the door as I was mid battle. I belive your vegan cheese owes my cat a number of therapy sessions...as that is either lactose filled or made of the manifestation of childrens nightmares.
