Before going here, I didn't think there was such a thing as a bad Domino's - thought they were all the same. I now know better. I have been here maybe 5 times and they have:
-Left me standing at the counter for 5+ minutes after I walk into an empty store
-Cancelled my order, making me wait in store for it to be remade
-double charged my credit card (manager later said he was unable to check payment records or otherwise help in any way)
-made items wrong
-made really low quality food (even by Domino's standards)
-got closed down for a few days (I wonder why...)

Opened the pizza I ordered when I got home after picking it up and the whole of the middle of the pizza had NO topping.. the centre was only the pizza base. Bloody terrible. The funny thing was when I walked in it had beside my name on the screen it was up to ‘Quality Control’. Yeah I don’t think so! Worse pizza I’ve ever had!!!!!

Hit and miss with this Dominos. Pretty average most of the time but for being just across the road it is convenient. Our recent order was a lot better then previous ones so there is still hope.

Never received my 3 pizzas, 2 garlic bread or my 2 drinks. My order never arrived.
Store won’t do anything to help.

Very poor presentation and sense of the person who made Thick Shake.
Staff, told me that there is little spil on side of the cup! Like I was blind!!! It would be helpful if cup would have been cleaned by staff and than given to customers.
I have been coming to this store from past 4 months regularly but this is the very first time store standard gone so below the expectation. I would give 0 rating for this instance.

Bad experiences with there service, I know it may have been in peak times but if they can't stick to a timeframe management need to fix the issue.

Terrible! Never had such a ridiculous pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas along with garlic bread and drinks , prawn and tandoori chicken. Hardly find any chicken pieces in the pizza.
Does not recommend this store to anyone.
