Very impressed with food and service, Jackie (exceptional service) went out of her way to find us a table even though we didn’t have a booking and very busy due to new Topgun movie. Food was tasty generous serving of food and drinks. Will be back with a big group next time!

$38 seafood risotto. At best it was boiled rice with tomato paste and a bit of seafood thrown in. Drinks came one hour late at the end of the meal after 6 reminders. I don’t normally review but worst meal out I have had in a very long time

Pizza, pasta and entree were delicious. Meals were served promptly once ordered.

Made a booking for 6:30, which I know is a popular time but didn’t expect the experience we had. They don’t actually reserve your table, they just chuck you in a available table, I asked to be seated inside when I made my booking, got sat outside. Sat and waited 45+ minutes and still didn’t get our order taken. We left, went down to beerhaus instead and we were seated immediately, order taken immediately, bread starter was out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend going elsewhere for better service.

We had a horrendous experience this afternoon. The manager is aggressive, and from the level of his aggression I can't imagine we would be the only ones to have experienced his appalling behaviour. We arrived just after 3 for a very early dinner for 5 and were the only table seated outside. For 55 minutes we were surrounded by dirty plates and leftovers from the lunch service, including stinking prawn heads that were not cleared, even as staff walked back and forth, back and forth. It was not busy at all. Just after 4 the manager came up and said in a very cranky manner 'you guys need to finish up now! you did NOT make a booking and we need to start setting for our reservation guests! You have 15 minutes!' It was so abrupt and loud it scared our little children. When paying and leaving we said to the manager 'hey just some feedback - we understand that there are reservations coming but no one told us a time limit when we arrived and there is a way to say things, we had clearly finished our food and were quite happy to exit, there was no reason to be so rude and it actually created an issue when there wasn't one. ' He then literally said 'I didn't seat you so it's not my problem what you are or are not told'. new management of Crinitis - you have the sort of manager in there who is escalating things that should never become issues. He was so 'foot in mouth' we can't be the first complaint.

Pleasant front of house. Lovely starter. Mains arrived whilst eating starter and left on table despite being asked for some time to finish starter. Ordered spaghetti meatballs with gluten free pasta, pasta and sauce arrived as meatballs not gluten free, was what I was told as the plate was left on the table. I am not gluten free, I prefer gluten free pasta. When I asked for the meatballs I had to wait and they came separately confusing all involved. Trying to pay with a voucher seemed like a complete inconvenience despite making this known when booking. First experience and will probably be our last, disappointing.

I’ve never made a review before but when you get robbed you report it? The worst pasta I have ever had, I waited to be greeted at the door, but was not and had to take it into my own hands to get the attention of one of the many non occupied waiters. I then was seated and again was not attended to for twenty minutes, not even offered drinks. After getting served by a clueless, rude waiter I was brought the worst tasting food I have ever had. The pasta was not even the correct pasta, I was served meatballs and when I brought this to the attention of the waiter I was told it would be fixed only to find out he had gone to the back and plucked the meatballs off? Worst 111$ ever spent.

One of the worst dining experiences that we've had in a long time. We asked for all the food to come out together, yet one plate came out almost immediately, then we waited what must have been a good 45 minutes for the rest to appear, despite it being quiet. At no point in that 45 minute wait did the staff bother to give us cutlery, so when the food finally did arrive we had to go find cutlery ourselves. One chicken salad that was supposed to come with feta didn't, and the children's fruit bowl dessert which was suppressed to come with ice cream didn't. After asking 2 wait staff they finally brought us the missing items, but placed them on the table informing us they were "complimentary". That's not how complimentary works when they were supposed to be part of the meal in the first place. We assumed they'd knock off a portion of the final bill instead, but no. We paid full price and also paid some hidden charge of $1.22. We have no idea what for. I'm not even going to start on how weird one of the waitresses was. An absolute farce of a lunch.
