Ordered both in person at Steph's market stall and online for home delivery and always incredibly fresh cheeses and meats! Steph is a wonderful person who offers great service! Would highly recommend ordering from him any day! Pictured is our home delivery of French cheese and home made duck terrine and meats! Steph will feed anyone's inner Francophile!

Steph answered all of my many questions about his products. As an ex Michelin starred restaurant chef, he fully understood the needs of a coeliac (it helps his wife is one too!) and ensured me his products were safe. Not only were they safe, they were absolutely delicious! I wanted quantity and variety so bought 3 of the mixed salami platters and a slice of the country terrine - everything was tasty and fresh! Lots of value for money. Thanks so much Steph, can’t wait to get some more produce again soon!

Walking through Parramatta, I stumbled across Stephane's market stall. I purchased some of his terrines and they are high quality and very tasty. I will definitely be back again on a Friday to visit his market stall. His range of products look impressive, and I can't wait to try more!

Excellent produce. A bit on the expensive side but mostly worth it. Really great meats, cheeses and Pate's and the proprietor is very passionate about his food and eager to talk and provide samples and tasters for all his products. The only complaint we had is that service can be extremely slow, it took two people 45 minutes to finish our order despite being the only ones in the store and having phoned in advance in an effort to speed things up... If you have the time it's very interesting, but on a timetable this could get annoying, however we think it's worth it and have returned several times.

One of Newcastles best kept secrets!
Steph & his team have so much passion for what they do, it's an experience just listening to them describe their love for food.
My tip : try everything they have to offer!

Wouldn't try the sausages from their weekend markets. The young girls rush and roast them for 30 sec or so on a grill. They weren't fully cooked. Don't think these girls were trained on food handling either.
