We found this quiet little hotel when walking on a balmy night in carington.
I was so impressed with the chef who explained his ability to accommodate a vegan meal preference.
"We can use vegan "sheese" on any of the vego pizzas and pasta's.
And the pizza was absolutely unreal.
I ate all of the "swiss brown" pizza.
It excellently combined mushrooms with caramelized onion, truffle oil, thyme and basil.
My younger sister was brought complimentary ice cream with a handful of chocolates.
The food was brought to the table and meal checked by both the chef and floor manager.
Live music made the atmosphere.
I'd love to see this hotel as busy as it deserves to be.
Cheap drinks, there is a trivia on Thursday night please come so there are more than 4 teams. We can make the Seven Seas great again.
Orange juice about half the price of Graphic Arts Club in Sinny. Lots of character & characters. Great band - Newdark.
A group of us go Thursday nights for trivia and dinner, Trivia is lots of fun and the food very good
Bistro was doing limited menu, pizza's were very very good. Lovely bases and not overly topped or sauced. Very quick, pleasant service.

I have visited for dinner on multiple occasions since the new chef Brenton started. He cooks amazing pizzas and even has vegan cheese. Great place for me to eat (vegan) with my family who love meat. Its a comfy atmosphere packing a great feed..
