Ordered chicken bites along with Pizza. Only got half box full of crumb and half done chicken plus the pizza wasn't of 'Crust' standard.
I've tried Crust of different stores and always choose Crust over other stores. This store needs to level up their standard.
Chicken bites was like rubber and i know how it should taste.
PS. This is my first google review on anything. Really disappointed.

The pizza wasn't too bad, the shop though looks very tired. I was surprised with the short wait as usually they take awhile.

Terrible. We ordered pizza here this evening, waited over an hour to have it delivered although we are only 10min away. When it arrived the pizza looked like it was sitting in a shop for that hour, it was dry and cold. Tasted yuck. We ended up throwing most of it away and what we did eat made us all bloated and sick. Disgusting. 60 dollars down the drain. I cant believe there are some 5 star reviews for this place??? We use to have Crust close by when we lived in Sydney and our local one was decent so we thought we will try it here; I imagine I'll keep regreting it for another 24 hours or so... If I'm lucky, hopefully no longer that that... Never again

I went to hamilton crust pizza totally frazzled about their online orders and was very frustrated on the whole process. I was directed by staff to a guy called Sabi.. who was not only my saviour of the whole online process but was a perfect gentleman who did the whole order for me in a calming nature with a smile on his face... going back to crust as long as Sabi is always there.

Ordered pizza to eat in (there are a couple of bar stools) we left name and sat literally q few meters away in eye sight from the counter. We waited for at least 30 mins or so even though it should have been a lot shorter. Kept looking at the employees but got nothing back. Finally my partner asked about our pizza and it was sitting there ready and the guy said oh its been here for a while ready. Not impressed. Won't be going back to this crust again.

I ordered your Chicken Caesar Salad. Only to get a bowl full of rocket instead of cos lettuce the toasted croutons were pieces of dry bread warmed by chicken the Caesar dressing was barbecue sauce still trying to find parmesan cheese. I suggest taking i t off your menu as it does nothing for your reputation. I will stick to pizza which have always been good.

Probably the best pizza in Newcastle area, my Son loves it.the price is on the dear end however the quality is pretty good, my family certainly think it's worth it.

Got to the store and was told there was 5 mins wait. Waited for 20 mins more. Was given coke and small deserts for the delay. Got home and found out the pizza needed to be put in the oven because it was sitting around for 20 mins.
As I’m waiting for my pizza to become warm I have time to review this store. Definitely not a good experience for crust and and will not go back to this store.
