This is by far my favourite Hungry Jacks. They really support the community and are always a cheerful and happy bunch but have a look at this burger I got. One Star for this poor effort.

I go to hungry jacks Broadmeadow nearly daily, and it never disappoints. But today was different, I had the best burger I have ever tasted. Not only was it perfectly juicy but also perfectly crunchy. The right amount of sauce and the girls on the window were amazing! So to whoever made the cheesey bacon friend chicken burger at 2pm today (23/2/22) you are amazing! And I love you x

2 stars because I love the burgers at HJs not matter what.
BUT when every single HJs ubereats order has NO STRAWS/SERVIETTES it is becoming a joke. Even when requested, still not straws. Had to ring up to get some...and even then got one straw for 2 drinks.
Honestly customer service has gone down the plughole. Whether it's because it's run by kids who think minimum wage equals no effort, or incompetency. Who knows?!

Ordered the Pork Belly Deluxe and got an abysmal amount of pork belly. Ironic, i asked to have it remade cause I payed for it and the lady took it back. However, i dont think they know we can hear them because "just make it more saucy" doesnt give me the pork i payed for. Not only did it come back sloppy and with no pork, it came with the wrong sauce (a hot sauce of some kind). Jesmond does better then this. Disappointing all round. $15 for that.

Tasteless, never fails to disappoint once every 5 years or so. Although chips are better than McDonald's which isn't saying much.
