Ordered a classic grilled chicken burger. The chicken patty was hard as rock. Worst burger. Not going to any Hungry Jacks anymore. Now I know why people dont like Hungry Jacks.

Unfortunately feedback is honest so.. it's been several times I've placed orders and there's always something missing or wrong with orders and I'm fairly chill so little things I let slide and don't bother too much however most recent was completely wrong ordered chocolate thickshake, BBQ Angus and onion rings and received Fanta, chips and few chicken hard nuggets and no sauce 🙄🙄 I LOVE hungry jacks (when order is correct) however last wrong order was crazy nothing about it was right AT ALL anyway it was eventually sorted so props for that however as it was my dinner never ended up having dinner as they weren't and wouldnt return my delivery again 😤 but yeh thats my feedback great great feed when it's correct I'm learning and my suggestion is pickup as hone delivery if it's wrong u get what u get

The food was very expensive... cold over salted chips you get a big box for a tiny burger.. also no toys in the kids meals and they gave chicken nuggets instead of burgers. Definitely avoiding this place in the future.. the best thing in the meal was the drink...

We went on a Wednesday night and gave up waiting in the drive thru so went in. It took 30 minutes to make 3 burgers.
The place was so gross. The roof was leaking in numerous spots and nothing was being done to contain the water. One of the booths was saturated. The floor in front of the counter was wet ans gross.
The food was good. But it beats me why it took so long to prepare 3 small meals.

Horrible. We waited 32min for 2 simple medium meals, there was no communication with the staff to customer and when the lady that served me finally saw me still standing there she asked what my number was and they couldn’t even find it in there system. By the time the order was done the food was cold and not edible. Really unhappy with the overall experience

The worst ever. The slowest. The grumpiest.
This is based on 5 visits at different shift times. Not one staff member smiles. Not one staff member can do more than one job at a time. Wait times for 1 ☕️ coffee is min 20mins. No exaggeration. 😓

Worst Hungry Jacks I've been to in my life. Minimum wage is too much for the useless staff that work here. If 0 stars was an option, you better believe that's what I'd give them.
