Dropped in for the wicked wings. Great snack, easy to eat. Add Jalapeno Coleslaw now look, its a meal that comes with the spoon. Consistent quality, great staff, clean store. All good.
Ordered a Twister Wrap - No coleslaw. Just chicken/sauce on a wrap therefore quality control is poor.
Store appeared clean.
Waited 15 minutes for order which didn't worry me as the meal would be fresh.Paid for 6 got five.No flavour. Potato and gravey water.
In my opinion Mayfield KFC is the best I've been to others but the staff here are young and really happy to help you often while yr waiting will have a little chat with you which I find makes me feel good.
Today 23 Feb time 6:15pm no roles for delivery partner the staff very very rude my order ready to go just need stikcers and she doesn't do it waiting 20 minutes then I called the manager n complaint please take action
Mayfield KFC is hands down the best in Newcastle! I Don't go anywhere else the store it is always clean, customer service on point with friendly and polite staff and fast drive thrust service. The food is always hot and fresh and I have never received the wrong order.

Very poor, 10min or more wait on on of the best sellers, wicked wings, toilets were atrocious and tables and floors left dirty and untidy, I always thought Jesmond was bad, but shame on you Mayfield KFC.
Chicken was fresh, not like the dry pieces from Broadmeadow a month ago.
