First visit. Quite impressive. Good selection of ready made rolls, sandwiches, peninies, hamburgers etc. Quick very friendly service. Easy access by steps or ramp for the less mobile.

Inappropriate. Completely disgusted with the service and attitude of staff not to mention the poor value for money. The inappropriate jokes coming from behind the scenes put me off my food and I will not be returning.

Used to be a favourite and had the best coffee in newcastle. Has gone drastically down hill recently, inconsistent at best and consistently bad at its worst. Should go back to making great coffee and forget gimmicks like "5 minutes or it's free".

Wow! This place really pumps coffee out like no other place in Newcastle. Food was fresh, coffee was amazing and most of all the service was unbelievable. Highly recommend this place.
