When I called it went straight to voicemail and there wasn't even a cake there. I gave them my number so they could call

I walked into the Jesmond shop at 4:35pm and the young girl working there had already closed the shop and told me that they shut at 5pm. The advertised time via Facebook says that closing time is 5:30pm.

Ordered a vegan milk shake, gave $50, the staff gave me back change as if I gave $100, I corrected her with a smile, the owners was clearly cross at the staff but did not come up and thank me for being honest, when I go my shake it was watery and not cold, shame. Won’t be back.
