Never eating at Maccas again. Maybe it's just my tastes buds changing but customer service here is alright. But the chicken pieces are incredibly dry and stringy. Could not swallow it and ended up throwing it away. The burgers taste awful and not enjoyable at all. And is it just me or is the burgers buns getting smaller and less sauce in it? Regret buying here :(

Wow no matter the time of day or night, French fries are always half raw, yuck in the bin they go.
I don't care for your app or the deals yous offer on there, when the food is NOT cooked correctly or burgers thrown together.

Service was quick. Food & coffee not good. I could feel the muffin of the bacon & egg McMuffin was hard as rock through the wrapper. When I unwrapped it, which was only 30seconds after receiving it, it was barely warm and it was quite dry and hard work to eat. My coffee, by contrast, nearly burnt my tongue.

The coffee the last couple of visits is lousy - have had to go back and get correct coffees, plus cappuccino has been like a flat white. Usually the best coffees of any Macca's. Also, banana bread recently never hot enough - sometimes cold in the middle. Thanks.

Workers were unhygienic and very rude, threw our meals on the counter like he didn't care, one of my mates was waiting 20+ mins for nuggets , they were ready but took forever to bag it because they were in a circle talking. My mate ordered toasted banana bread and received a soggy unpleasant chunk of bread with a bit of moldy butter. Waste of $4.25 !! None of them had name badges nor aprons. ps this was 5.00am 17th of july. extremely disgusted!!! -

It's ok but the soy and the oat milk is now the worst taste in the industry. Can't stomach them. The soy used to be ok. All the other fast food chains oat milk is great.

Quick stop for toilets (clean) fries (bit soggy) but made worthwhile for server Izzak who was charming, witty and personable. Made up for the slippery-when-wet tiles outside!
