Loved this place food was beautiful we had a vegetarian crepe to start with had to share as it was so big, beef soup was nice although my husband would have preferred the broth a bit stronger I had chilli basil prawn with noodles and at the advice of our waitress poured the chilli dipping sauce into it yummy will definitely be back as we did get to the deserts. Very friendly staff
Amazing food and service! Patrick and the team look after you and the food is fresh and delicious. Had a sneak preview of the new sizzling garlic prawns with more of a Chinese style... yum! Highly recommended

Food came out nice and quick. Great friendly service. We sat outside in the courtyard. Great ambience and atmosphere. Definitely visiting again soon
Great tasting traditional Vietnamese favourites and friendly atmosphere.
Decent and quality Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Since moving away from the south west Sydney, this place has become our go to for vietnamese food. We come here almost every Friday night. Their pho is tasty, they also do good grilled chicken rice and BBH. Service has always been polite and their thing is they give you complimentary prawn crackers on arrival. They even have homey viet cooking like thit kho and canh Chua. One time their crispy chicken dry noodles was sooooooo salty my dad could not stomach it but they quickly gave us another bowl. We always leave here satisfied.
As a foreign student studying in Sydney, I really miss Vietnamese food. At Madam Pho I was surprised to find many authentic Vietnamese food and highly recommend people to try Special Pho, Goi cuon, Thit nuong cuon, Hu tieu do bien, and Com bo luc lac because they are delicious (reminds me of Ho Chi Minh City' s food)~
Thus, service was quick and staff were helpful, even though they were busy. I was satisfied with those dishes and will try other dishes as well.
The soup can add more flavour into it, however it can be comparable to vietnamese stores in flemington. It is quite above the average price but I think it is ok to eat occasionally. I tried the pork chop noodle soup, their pork chop is grilled, not fried so that's good. But some parts of the meat are not fully cooked. Overall an average restaurant but is quite yummy.

Had their pho dac biet and friend had bun bo hue. The pho was pretty good and whilst others says its intensify of flavors was less than other restaurants, I didn't really feel this way myself and thought it was quite enjoyable. The bun bo hue was a lot spicier than ones I've had at other restaurants so my friend had a bit of trouble finishing it. I would return again if I happened to be in the area and craving Vietnamese, but I would not go out of my way just to eat here.

Returned to have their pho. With this broth you can taste the pho spices more than other pho. Mum had their need stew with egg noodles, which had good flavour and meat very tender. Serving sizes are big, and I personally prefer to have two people share one dish first then order more as needed, especially if you're not a big eater.

This time had regular size pho and regular size stew with egg noodles. We were left satisfied and very full.
Got the Pho Dai. I agree with another reviewer in the the broth is not as flavoursome as other places but it's still alright. My dining companions really enjoyed their dishes of fried rice, soft shell crab, seafood chow mein and sizzling beef (though it looked a little dry, it was alright).
The service was attentive and efficient, helping with placement of high chairs and offering to shut the door because of the draft.
Fairly busy on a Sunday night with young families. The dessert (coconut pudding and Creme caramel) i don't see often so would go back to try.
This place is nice for pho and marinated chicken, which is what I usually come for because I live local. The pho broth lacks the intensity of flavour compared to Pho An or even Pho Toan Thang (which I feel is not as good as it used to be but more on that on a separate review I suppose), however it has a nice balance and to be fair this is decent quality for a local pho place, and the kids enjoy it so it's good enough for me to go back again for convenience and the friendly service.
I've been here many times as I'm a great lover of Pho. This is a fairly new restaurant so their menu is still evolving in some areas, but to be honest it's all about the Pho for me. Every single time it's spot on. As it's out of area for me this is my treat when I can convince my partner to wait out the trip. Awesome pho!
Excellent Vietnamese Food and Service. Phó, Crispy skin chicken, pork chop and vermicelli salads are all very good. Definitely recommend this place.
Unbelievable value. The "regular" sized pho is big enough for someone who is very hungry (the large looked insane), the dry egg noodles with pepper beef was divine. Lots of eachalots and onions, mix it up. Highly recommend this place for a quick tasty meal.

Food tastes nice: the crispy chicken egg noodle is indeed crispy.
Excellent value for money. Prawn crackers and water upon arrival. We ordered noodles and cost $15 each for a massive portion (or maybe a standard portion in a Vietnamese restaurant?).
We both went to the toilet afterwards, so maybe a good idea to offer a smaller portion too. :)
How about herbal drink hot option?
There is a 1.2% surcharge if paying by card—no surcharge for cash. Friendly service. Speedy food turn out. If sitting near the door, it can be cold, especially if raining outside. Shared toilet with different restaurants available at the back. Ample parking at Newington marketplace area.
My favourite dishes in Madam Pho are combination seafood with crispy noodles and crispy chicken with tomato rice.
Never let me down...Good service and reasonably priced.
Delicious food! Will come back
Great on those wintery nights. The Pho was very nice (we irdees the snall size which was actually pretty large) in combination with the prawn pancake. Great value, great taste
Wow!!! Best Vietnamese food I have ever had! I ordered the Vermicelli salads with barbecue chicken (must try!), YUM!! Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere that is welcome to everyone, I will absurdly come back
Tasty food, Friendly staff and super fast service!
We had Curry Chicken and Seafood Singaporean noodles with Lemon Ice tea and Ice Coffee. Food was served quickly. Noodle was super tasty and big portion. Curry chicken was super reach and full of flavour, also had carrot in it. Both drinks were refreshing.
