Japanese food is one of favourite cuisines so you can imagine how excited I was to dine at this place 🍣🥢🌟
Pictured in this massive feast is:
• Takoyaki balls 🐙
• Salmon and avocado roll
• San ten mori (3 kinds of fish of the day)
• Grilled sushi combo (salmon, wagyu and scallop) - THIS WAS MY FAVEEEEEE
• Kushiyaki wagyu - this was magical!!!! Melted in your mouth tender 🤤
Everything we picked was so good!!! I have to give praise to the quality of ingredients they use - everything from the meat, fish to veggies was fresh 🤩 I also need to note that I love a restaurant who cares about the quality of their food - we originally picked the chicken kushiyaki however our waitress notified us that the chicken was not the best that day, and opted we choose something else. I really appreciated this gesture!! ❤️
Can't wait to come back here and try all their other dishes, mental note to try their ramen and udon 🤔

Such a lovely Japanese restaurant in Newington. The seafood was super fresh and dishes were presented so beautifully.
Seared salmon was my favourite, it was so flavourful I loved the sauce with the salmon. The sashimi was presented so beautifully and tasted super fresh. Since we can't travel to Japan at the moment, this takoyaki satisfied my cravings for Japanese street food.
🐟Go ten mori ($21.8)
🍣Seared salmon roll ($18.8)
🐙Takoyaki ($9.8)
🦀Soft shell crab roll ($17.8)
I’ve dined here a few times and really enjoyed their dishes. On top of made-to-order dishes they also have sushi train. Favourite dishes: chicken katsu salad, teriyaki salmon bento, agedashi tofu and the wagyu steak. It’s worth to mention that their sushi is halal.
Loved the food , fresh and so delicious. I can’t wait to go back
Stoped on the way to the bbl, kids loved the vege sushi must try the wagyu teriyaki will not be disappointed hidden gem will definitely be returning
The staff there are so friendly, and the restaraunt has a great vibe. We had the popcorn prawns, takoyaki, and various sushi plates. Our favourite was the seared salmon and scallop nigiri! Would highly reccomend!!
This place has some amazing service! They know how to treat patrons well because as soon as we ordered our food, we got edamame as service! Who doesn’t like free stuff? And I love edamame!. Our meals also came out in a timely manner so we didn’t have to wait for so long. One thing I seriously need to mention is the portion size. Of you think that one bento isn’t enough to fill you, you are wrong. And they did made me wrong.
This place is fantastic. They gave us free edamame and their sushi is unbelievable. Always perfectly presented and looking stunning. The staff are also lovely.
we come here all the time. the bento boxes are fantastic and really cheap, $14 for a chicken katsu bento box with yummy mashed potato takoyaki and sashimi and miso soup is always a favorite. personally I love their seafood udon. highly recommended
Very good! Enjoyed the sushi train with a work colleague. The service was very good and the sushi was fresh and good variety. Also the prices were very good $3 a plate for all sushi except the sashimi. Walked away very satisfied. Check it out if you are in the area.
I am a huge sashimi & sushi lover and this place has seriously one of the best sashimi's in the west! The amount of thickness is cut perfectly and it's served on ice which definitely makes the taste alot amazing. Not only the taste, but the size of the platter is definitely worth the value and affordable compared to the City.
Great little place for a solid feed when you're feeling like Japanese. We ordered the chicken katsu udon ($12.80) - chicken perfectly cooked, udon broth not too salty, and the chicken teriyaki bento box ($15.80) - chicken came on mash, had 5 pieces of sashimi as well! And before our food came we even got complimentary edamame! Overall food was very good quality, great presentation, staff were very friendly, service was quick, will definitely be back!
