Review Red Sands Tavern - Newman

The Red Sands Tavern is a spacious place to have a good meal and drinks. The service is great and the staff are efficient. The music was loud and made it difficult to hear each other. We came here on a Wednesday night and the special was $20 pizza, although the Meat Lovers and the Works are $4 extra. The Chicken Parmi had a salsa like texture and was a bit too moist. The pizzas were decent; crust was thin, plenty of toppings, The Works was just a tad undercooked.

A really fun pub! Staff were friendly, steak was cooked perfectly for dinner and music was good. We had been told about their baker - bakery treats made daily - donuts, custard scrolls, sausage rolls, pies ….We treated ourselves to coffee and vanilla slice and I would have to say - best vanilla slice EVER!! We will be back!

Went to the redsands bakery today and the food there is awesome. Have been living in Newman for four years now and having this coffee shop, bakery is good for the town something we have needed for a long time. The coffee is also very good with great service.

Really nice pub in the middle of the desert. Perfect easy location when you drive through newman. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Bottle shop, coffee shop and bakery all in one place. Definitely worth stopping by

Best place in Newman to stay. Great atmosphere at the sands - friendly staff, great food. I was pleasantly surprised at the new accommodation, very comfortable and modern. Ill be back 😊
