Merci for such a fantastic addition to King Street! Awesome menu and the staff are so friendly. Very decent prices and the serving size is huge. I had the lamb kebab take away and it was delicious! Enjoy the modern fit out of the shop! I really hope this restaurant is very successful permanent addition to our beloved Newtown!

I never had Persian food before, and I have to admit I was impressed. It was kind of a mix between middle eastern food and Indian food, but very original. I went there with a Persian friend and she said it was really authentic and loved it too. Absolutely to try the Lamb neck with saffron rice (see foto) and the saffron ice cream!

Super small portions at super high prices. They charge $16.50 for the meal you see in the photo which is far from the size they advertise on their online menu.

I had never eaten Persian food before so I wasn't sure what to expect, I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, I went with the Chef's recommendation and ordered the three course degustation, (the chef's signature dishes), followed by the Lamb shank, Saffron rice, bread, an eggplant side dish and finished with a Saffron rice dessert. The meal was amazing and great value for money. A great experience, thank you.

Great addition to King Street in Newtown. If you consider yourself a newbie—like me—it's a fine restaurant to start your Persian food addiction. Professional and friendly owner, who's happy to give recommendations. Very hospitality-oriented and keen to please to grow his business through word of mouth. Good price points, student-friendly lunch specials, satisfying portions, quality ingredients and succulent broiled meats. Dining room is kept tidy and it contains above average, modern decor. Meals cooked fresh to order, too. Thank you for a memorable experience. I'll come again.

We were in Sydney for holidays looking for a Persian restaurant. Searched on google & trusted the positive reviews about this place and decided to give it a try and I'm so glad we did! Lovely staff and delicious food. We tried Joojeh, koobideh and lamb shank and OMG! Authentic flavours and hospitality at its best! The first time wasn't enough so we had to go back again. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to try Iranian cuisine.

This was my first time trying Persian food after a friend recommended it who had eaten here before. I must say it was a delightful culinary experience: from the waitstaff to intricately presented dishes and unique, tasty flavours....i highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a flavour adventure that won't disappoint.

Lovely staff, fresh meals made to order and really tasty. I ordered the Chicken curry which was delicious and had the option to have half rice/half bread. Big serving size and great value for money.
