Been to this store multiple times. Never had a good experience. Service is very slow (even on quieter nights). Food is made and then left to get cold before being packed. I always order a side (aside from chips) and every time they always get it wrong. Customer service is pretty average.

Ordered for a takeaway. The food didn’t arrive. DoorDash was supposed to deliver and nothing. Had two hungry kids who went without dinner. Cannot recommend at all, taking peoples money and not delivering, between Nando’s and DoorDash they should be shut down.

This must be the worst Nando I have ever been. The young guy named Frank who received our orders couldn’t careless. What a disaster! I love Nando’s but not this one. Waited 1hr and 5 min for one burger and chips. And they didn’t seem to care. And then to make matters worse the food was cold! What a joke.

Love Nando’s! It was a busy Saturday night but there wasn’t too long of a wait for the food. Everything tasted delicious. I couldn’t give 5 stars as most of the tables were dirty. For such a busy night there should be someone on floor making sure tables are wiped down and ready

This place has improved heaps since renovations. It’s cleaner. There is still a bit of a wait during peak times, but that’s mostly due to the likes of Uber eats. Unlike other Nandos the Super fuel salad is substantial. You get plenty of each ingredient. Highpoint I was lucky to get 4-5 sweet potato

This establishment is complete shambles . Not many customers but are still hopeless. Wait times incredibly long and staff look like they have nothing between the ears. Never coming back

Ordered here and my pita was dry and had nearly no sauce. I ordered xtra hot and said don't be shy with sauce u won't burn me. Still no sauce. Just give customers what they ask for if they burn themselves it's their own fault. They gave me extra sauce on the side but it's medium.
