Food is the same standard. Good and consistent. Coffees are fantastic and venue is very clean. The lady supervisor today was on the ball and kept the staff on their best behaviour. Great to experience.

Staff need more training. I don't usually bag staff but the 3 that served me had no idea.
Breakfast menu was up. Asked for pancakes in a meal. Girl said I couldn't get in a meal. When I pointed to menu, she insisted can't do.

I had an experience at this store some weeks ago. I replied to a survey with an honest response to which I received a reply from the store manager.
The matter was attended to immediately and left me happy with the result. The manager responded diligently and with professionalism with genuine concern
had a Big Mac meal with garden salad.
When I had my meal, thy guy was smiling and made me feel a bit weird. It’s a take away order, but instead I eat my meal in the shop. No straw no folk.

What can I say? It's Macca's! Been to this one often over the years. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Coffee always good, food always OK. Toilets usually clean but not that day!
