Over the pannini, but want a quick, delicious lunch, get to FantAsian, great dumplings, samosa, fish cakes . . . you will be glad you did.
What a wonderfull little place! We had freshly made pork and chicken dumplings that were piping hot, juicy and full of flavour. The highlight, though, were the home made Thai fish cakes - I don’t know what they do to them but they were outstanding. We were warned that they wouldn’t last long on the menu so make sure to ask for them. We loved this place.
Wow, been a long time since I had stir fry beef in a restaurant where the quality of beef was premium, or cooked to perfection as FantAsian has done for me just now.... Medium rare as quality beef should be. $18 seemed a fair price when I ordered... Now it is clearly bargain value. Even gave us a complimentary watermelon aperitif.
Service is flawless, and atmosphere is the best of Nimbin. Hot drinks provided by adjacent cafe... Classic Nimbin style of cooperation.
Highest recommendation... A Nimbin Must dine.
By far the most amazing dumplings in the shire! Rose brings her flamboyant food and swagger to the heart of Nimbin with music that serenades you whilst your tastebuds indulge in heaven.
I eat here regularly as good gluten free meals can be limited in Nimbin. James and Rose are both lovely people who are always friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and generous every time and service is quick. Sunny spot on a nice deck, books to browse while you wait. My favourite spot to eat in Nimbin. Highly recommended.

We had such an amazing night here! The owner is a super friendly, easy-going Nimbin local and took her time to speak with her guests and to make sure that they have a great time. There was live music outside from a local musician. We sat outside as well in a cosy area with lovely furniture. If you wanna see the typical Nimbin lifestyle and experience super nice people (the nicest we have met so far and we're travelling in Australia since June!), the FantAsian Eatery is a must-see! (Thanks again for the beer and the lemonade bottle and the tasty dumplings :) )
