What a gem in noble park! We usually don’t order take away a lot and decided to try our local restaurants to support them during this COVID time. Ayam came as a big surprise! It was sooo good! Fav dish hands down the grilled beef rib. It was so tender, right off the bone, sweet savory and juicy at the same time. 😋😋😋 The samba sauce was hooooot but reminds me so much of Indonesia! The vibe in the shop is really friendly! Definitely going back for more! Thanks for spreading the joy of food during this difficult lockdown time and keep up the good work! 😍
APR is definitely among our most favourite Indonesian catering service during the social distancing period. We have ordered several dishes and the food quality (taste and freshness), as well as the delivery service are exceptional and accommodating. I’m a regular customer who’s always ordered takeaway from APR and since I read so many comment about fried beef ribs aren’t tender enough so I Ordered grilled version instead and oh boy I wasn’t wrong! The meat just falling apart and the smoky taste added it even better! Also for the chicken and duck they’re excellent too! Crispy from the outside but still juicy and moist from inside👌🏼 I’m a spicy girl so I always added extra sambal👅. Overall it’a an amazing experience to be able to enjoying the authentic taste of Indonesia! Defo will keep coming back!!👍🏼
The closest taste that i missed the most from hometown🥰😘 everything is lovely!! Worth the distance. I honestly craving for the sambal! Its perfect!!

Authentic, delicious, spicy no frills
I ordered the beef ribs but I had to add rice, which was an extra $2, still, the whole plate was only $13.50.
The beef ribs are "slow cooked twice for 6 hours", however to be honest it was not as tender as I expected it. The texture of this batch felt as it was slow cooked for 2 hours and then finished in the fryer (for the "twice cooked" part).
Not a problem cos I still loved the textures of the beef and the flavours were predominately tumeric and fish sauce/shrimp paste. Lovely crunchy fried bits were sprinkled on top and the sambal had a good kick.
I love a good authentic indo ayam penyet! And the chilli here is SPICY & AWESOME! Hahaha. Beware chilli isnt for the faint hearted, its rly spicy! But definitely recommend to everyone if you’d like some authentic indo food.

Bakso is one of my all time fav, flavourful beef soup with beef balls and fried wonton skins! Perfect for a cold night! 3.5/5

Excellent food. Beef ribs are amazing. Meat is so tender and the sambal is the best thing. The duck ayam was average. The duck meat was very rigid.
This is probably the better Indonesian restaurant that I've found in Melbourne. I honestly enjoyed my time there. The best food of the day was the smashed chicken. It's so tender and crispy at the same time. Everything else were decent too. I'll definitely come again and will try the other soup options.
Uber eats order - 3.5*- Good flavours and decent portion size. I didn’t realise until my order arrived that the meals don’t come with rice so make sure you add to order. The teh tarik was pretty watery and didn’t have a nice flavour. The smashed beef ribs are my favourite.
Ordered the Ayam Penyet which did not disappoint. Really flavourful and complementary flavours. Chicken was so fkn good haha. Staff were extremely friendly. Will be back.
A lovely Indonesian restaurant on the busy strip of Noble Park. A simple and easy menu to choose from with some of Indonesia’s favourite. Must try the spicy sauce with your dish. This slow cooked beef ribs was cooked very well with great flavours.
I've wanted to try this place for so long. So glad I did the food is authentic and full of flavour. The beef ribs perfectly cooked. All the sides were perfectly balanced to make the whole dish work well together. Chilli 🌶 Sambal a stand out. Great value for money and fast service
Food 3.5 Not bad for a new restaurant around the neighborhood, my friend loved their belachan. Just for that, we will return. 1st time trying Martabak, really nice and yummy, sweet juicy pancakes with chocolate or cheese fillings. Overall, I will come again and try more of their food in the near future. Keep up your good work.
Good Indonesian street food. Love their black bean beef soup. Must try if you like Asian cuisine . Their smashed chicken taste amazing. Its authentic taste without any customisation so beware of their sambal sauce. It’s tasty if you can handle the heat.
I am a regular here at Ria. Always love to have Ayam Panyet with side Rawong (Beef soup) and Terong (Eggplant). If you love authentic Indonesian food, you must definitely try it out!

The whole eating environment might need some renovations. Good for take away if you don't want to dine in.

Return visit on Mar 2022. Still a lovely place to come and eat in this restaurant. Ordered the authentic smashed empal and bakso soup, and ice cendol. Very lovely as it band aids the longing to our indonesian food.
Return visit on July 2022. But we went here in between too 😁. Ordered empal penyet, bakso, gado gado to satisfy our hunger at dinner time post swimming. And of course we need special ketchup, sweet soy sauce ketchup. Like this indo restaurant cos it serves authentic indo food. The flavour and taste and texture of foods were great. Two thumbs up for this restaurant.
absolutely delicious authentic indonesian cuisine! they keep things simple and honest and they focus on setting the flavour to be the centre of their dishes - and they have hit the mark!

Awesome food. My wife had the fried chicken and I had the grilled chicken. Both were delicious. We also had Dadar Gulung, the dessert. It was so good, reminded me of my mum's cooking.
