Review Republique - Noosa Heads

What a great little place. My partner and I come here a bit. We haven't had a dinner or lunch here yet but we have had breakfast. We either grab a coffee and pastry to go or sit at the tables. They have seating inside and outside near the roadway (sounds bad but is a nice view). I would describe the feeling in the shop as industrial with a french feel. The ham and cheese croissants are amazing!! We love them. Today's croissants seemed a little bit off sadly. The cheese they usually used seemed like they used less if it. Still tasted good but not as great as we have had in the past. The selection of treats/pastries/deserts are always delicious and there are way too many to pick from. Today we bought 1 coffee, 2 croissants and 2 sweets which came to $34. It is worth coming here and trying everything!

Pizza was amazing! Mussels were nice and light with a tasty broth. Service was friendly, I would def recommend to anyone!

Ordered steak rare & it came out medium so overcooked steak at $40 is a little dissappinting. Staff and menu neglected to mention marble steak 9 was only cooked this way by chef and that's ok but we weren't aware.... However we had breakfast here once before and service & coffee was outstanding. Wines were small selection and lovely.

Great place to stop for breakfast. Great staff and nice sitting area. Coffee looked and tasted like a good coffee.

Ridiculously good food for breakfast, lots of different options on the menu. Coffee was fantastic!

We came here for breakfast and unfortunately didn't have a great experience. Granted the croissant was delicious, however that's where it ends. Someone had a coffee which was frothed milk, another had four mushrooms on unbuttered sourdough for $18, three had raw 'baked' eggs and the staff were less than satisfactory (complaints about being busy with 10 customers in the shop, rude about refunding money for their juice machine breaking down etc.). Unfortunate for such a prime position.

We went there for breakfast and had the worst service in Noosa. I asked 3 times for our table to be cleaned from the previous patrons I wound up doing it myself in the end. Couldn't do simple alterations to menu items, drinks came 25 minutes after our food. When the drinks came the milkshake was warmer than the room and when we made a complaint we were looked at as if we were idiots for suggesting that drinking a warm milkshake was horrible. Give this place a wide steer if your looking for an enjoyable breakfast expierence.

This business should have long queues, BRILLIANT food, including exceptional and sophisticated pizza, fantastic coffee and great service. Crisp skin snapper is simple and stunning and all very reasonably priced. Use it or lose it!
