Very dissapppointed, after being a long term customer of Rene's Street Snack Bar. My staff and I have been ordering our food from here for many years due to our business being in the same industrial area. The constant "stuff up" of orders or food not being missed on deliveries and then being made to go pick it up yourself is absoluetly unacceptable & appalling. I dont usually give places a bad review, unfortuantely after copious amounts of wrong orders, I find it is time to write this review. Not only have our food orders been wrong or missed, the quality of food seems to have gone down the drain as well. Staff are rude and snappy and it is now not a pleasent experience to deal with ordering food. Sadly we will be going else where.

Reliable, consistent, friendly and professional. Awesome old school style corner take away shop with honest home made fast food - their works burger and hot chips are the bomb, and my saviour to a cold and busy day :). Plus free local delivery - winning! Fantastic local business that I hope never closes.

Remember the mum and dad snack bar down the road as a kid? Hot chips, aussie burger, schnitzel sanga, potato scallops, chicken salad sandwich? That's Rene's. Awesome, well priced honest food, and they delivery locally over lunch. Can't see what these other reviews are carrying on about. Small family business, I'm happy to support them. Good team. Try the barra burger, its my pick on the menu. Beetroot and fish? Don't knock it till you try it.

Needs to stay open a bit later. Food is ok. Typical lunch bar. But, 2nd time I have finished a job a bit later and come for a late lunch about 1:30-3:00 and the place isn't taking any orders. Today came in about 1:55pm and initially the lady at counter took my order. Then she came back and said "Kitchen's not taking any more orders" Need to have some set hours and cater at least until 3pm for late meals so people can know they can get a reliable feed. Won't last long if you don't have good food and reliable service.
