Not that you expect much from Maccas but the Noosaville one is laughable. Almost every time we go they get the order so wrong. This is one is unbeatable. A hamburger without the meat. Just what we ordered. Too much emphasis on how quickly you pass through the drive through and not enough on the accuracy of what they serve.

I ordered MC from DoorDash for delivery but they miss one burger when I received my order. I called MC and the staff asked me to go to their store to pick up my burger directly. Then when I arrived the store, they said they can’t just give me the burger as I ordered it through DoorDash, and I need to ask refund from DoorDash. It makes me so frustrated as I did call them first to make sure how I can get the burger, but they just changed their words and refused to give my the burger. Also, we ordered another burger without pickles, and there’s sticker on the box showing ‘no pickles’. However, the burger had a lot of pickles inside. So disappointed! Never come back again.

At the end of the day a McDonald's is a McDonald's. This one gets five stars for cleanliness, friendly service and modern fit out. Very happy with the presented food.

This is the condition of filet-o-fish starting @ $10.55 in a meal... Really!!! Night staff are horrible and even though you place order online and pay for it, when you go there to collect they are always cleaning their machines. Need better trained staffs and updates to the app.

A couple of weeks ago I had the worst Big Mac Ive ever had. I was on my way to a nightshift and could not go back. The burger had to be half a day old! The lettuce looked like cabbage and the bun was so dry. I dont buy regularly from MacDonalds but this was horrendous.

I live in Noosaville and have been going to Macca's years. I don't know what's going on lately but the food is not hot and the fries look like they have been sitting forever and are cold and soggy. I've have always told people how good Macca's is here but not so good now

Due to the lack of after hours food options in Noosa we have had the misfortune of ordering here multiple times. Order is not confirmed at the box, pay window or serving window. The order always has something wrong and this McDonalds does not issue receipts! Be warned.
