The KFC app allowed us to order a head and then notify them that we had arrived at the drive-in so our chips could be freshly prepared and seasoned which for me was fantastic as there is nothing worse than soggy chips. It was for my Lunch today, and I've got a burnt Wing in the "Stacker Box" and I ate after 15-20 mins after pickup, that ruined the smell of the food somehow, but burger was fine to eat.

There are two KFC in Melbourne Road Norlane. The KFC near Bunnings are great, always fresh and Tasty. The other near St Georges road, not so good, very rarely is anything fresh, chips are usually cold and even got a bit of food poisoning a few months back.
Pathetic customer service very rude and carless when taking your order, got my order wrong and got my partner's order wrong she went back in to swap it and they got it wrong again not wanting to go in again she just had to eat it, over cooked chicken bathrooms are filthy. Poor effort tbh
