Had a classic Chicken and wings today (3/4/22) was awesome. Fresh, hot and succulent. Price was spot on, great feed for the money. The staff, Eden and Mia both have great personalities was nice to see bubbly people. Definelty going back again . Good job!!

I don’t think you cooked the rib for 12 hours like you advertised on your name. I ordered 2 full racks of pork ribs and paid each $43.90 for 5 ribs and 6 ribs, half of the ribs were undercooked. It was disgusting and so chewy. By the way, you also forgot to put in complementary coleslaw and a blue cheese dipping sauce which I paid for. Your food ruined my Christmas dinner with my friends!

Actually really disappointed. Was so looking forward to this too. But for ya $96 bucks for "the best" I would not recommend. Definitely not what they are claiming. Chips were soggy meat was average including those disgusting wings. See photos. I'm over this stupidity with "advertisements" compared to the actual food. Ya live ya learn. Definitely won't be back definitely wouldn't recommend. My dog didn't even want that ribs Mutton done up as lamb comes to mind. Don't bother trying to pickup unless you want to walk a fair way. Stupid car park makes no sense. No parking unless you're uber eats apparently. Parked at Macca's... Stupid Edit I shouldn't have tried to think it may be as good as the legendary RIBBITS

Ribs were under-cooked, chewy and hard. Service in store was phenomenal i must admit , however, i should've known something was wrong when my TWO RACKS of pork ribs were ready all within 10 minutes. I am extremely angry and disappointed to have wasted $90 on these ribs after having waited all day to eat them for dinner. This should not be happening. No excuses or reasons for why they are undercooked considering you can't even be compensated for this. I literally threw them all out they were that tough to eat. Not good enough, considering not returning here again after having come here multiple times! (bought 30th of April 2022)

1st time customer tonight, Ribs were bomb! wings were bomb! And the burger 🍔 💯👌🏽, the sauce on the wings and ribs 🤤 and the meat was perfectly cooked, great service, well done guys, would definitely recomend if you are in the area. 4 stars because they forgot my slaw and almost forgot my burger (thanks to the guy preping who told the server to wait theres 1more burger 😂)

TB is definitely our favourite place to eat in North Lakes! Excellent customer service and incredible food!!! Our most ordered meal is the pulled pork sandwich combo with liquid cheese and dessert 🍨 Thank you

Ordered two of the Burger'n'Wings packs with utensils/napkins via the UberEats app using the pickup rather than delivery option. Received notification the order was ready so went into the store to collect only to wait around 10 minutes extra until the order was actually ready. Arrived home with our order and found one of the burgers didn't have the top section of the bun and the toppings slipping off. The requested napkins that weren't included would have been very handy.

Let me start this review with saying, front of house needs to work on their customer service skills. Absolutely horrible!! I understand that sometimes we can all be flustered with a busy night - but please..at least put on a smile or better yet say hello. The kitchen missed part of my order, then i find out once my beef ribs arrived you don’t get slaw as a side because it’s a Thursday night?? Yet on the menu it has beef ribs, slaw and fries as the meal. No where in the store did I see a sign stating that on Thursdays you don’t serve slaw with your beef/pork ribs. To make matters worse your nacho chips was STALE. Biggest waste of money!!!! Food and service was a real let down and I’m hardly one to leave a bad review. yet tonight I was so disappointed. Please invest in your customer service and update your menus and pricing for “Thursdays” because I’m pretty sure I paid full price for ribs fries and slaw and got no slaw. Glad I tried this place tonight because it’s the first and the last.

Beef ribs delicious I thought ribs were a bit pricey though hubby had burger one of the best he’s had wait time was pretty long but it is opening week so that’s expected Overall really nice food

I think we will be spending alot of time here. My husband took our family there tonight which was fantastic. I later found out he brought a burger there the night before and couldn't wait to return! Great flavours- Great value.

Ok I know it is new but it seemed like 35 minutes is far too long to wait for a couple of burgers and fries. Didn't receive a receipt to check over my order. Burgers were ok but the fries was a completely different story. Like they had been sitting there since we ordered over cooked and cold. Sorry but a bad first experience never gets customers back.

Amazing Ribs and wings and fairly priced

The ribs are amazing. The wait time is long. I went in to get them and it took me ages. I also ordered through Uber Eats and the driver was at the store for half an hour waiting for my order.

Bloody yummy! Only thing I could fault was the bigger pork ribs were a bit dry. But the BBQ rib sauce and the buffalo wings were bang on delicious!! Will be back for sure.

The service at this place could have been a little more polished however I enjoyed the food. It was something different to try. I really enjoyed the brisket with the sauerkraut. The chips had too much salt. Despite the few negatives I have described I am looking forward to coming back and trying new dishes
