Have more chance of getting ice cream from maccas then a shake from cold rock deception bay.Over the past month have tryed SEVEN times ever time they say unavailable and after waiting upto 15min to be served with NO sign on door,this store is a joke.
Our local! Always great customer service… The new take-home containers are awesome! No condensation and the ice cream doesn’t melt on the drive home!
I absolute enjoy cold rock ice cream it's quite nice and the mix-ins are amazing. What I don't enjoy is paying 25 dollars for two regular size ice creams that have the smallest bits of mix in components ever. The best ice-ream staff polite and cool
Staff are friendly but they really need to portion better my partner and I went there both planning on getting small take home packs I ordered mine with 7 mix-ins and she ordered hers with 3 once we left I could visibly see how much less was In my container compared to my partners so I wieghed them
Always served by the loveliest employee on the night shifts, I believe his name is Grant.
Fantastic customer service and always makes sure my ice cream is perfectly mixed and cup filled to the brim.

Friendly staff who have a great phone manner and are always happy to help with following up on deliveries. They do a good job with the ice cream itself and are pretty generous with things like extras on orders, such as Nutella on top, ect. whenever extras are ordered.
