Review Cold Rock Ice Creamery - North Lakes

Have more chance of getting ice cream from maccas then a shake from cold rock deception bay.Over the past month have tryed SEVEN times ever time they say unavailable and after waiting upto 15min to be served with NO sign on door,this store is a joke.

Our local! Always great customer service… The new take-home containers are awesome! No condensation and the ice cream doesn’t melt on the drive home!

I absolute enjoy cold rock ice cream it's quite nice and the mix-ins are amazing. What I don't enjoy is paying 25 dollars for two regular size ice creams that have the smallest bits of mix in components ever. Prehaps if they lowered their pricing on ice creams or increased serving amounts to match the value of cost they would see more business. As for both times I've order through menulog I've been ripped off and left unsatisfied. I don't won't be purchasing again.

Hey Cold Rock in Deception Bay, I recently ordered this from Doordash and didn't get my order, I'm not mad and I saw another review on someone who had the same experience like me, I do not blame and I understand the rough times businesses are having but with that last review you wrote, I don't think you should be talking to people who are upset, you have no reason to say the things you said, I hope that you can fix these issues and that one day I can enjoy this ice cream and you guys don't have to deal with people like this again. I truly wish the best for you guys in these hard times. Edit: Huh, I'm surprised that somehow the store came online when you guys were closed, I did find it weird after google was saying you were closed and soon after checked facebook to see that you guys are closed.

The best ice-ream staff polite and cool

Staff are friendly but they really need to portion better my partner and I went there both planning on getting small take home packs I ordered mine with 7 mix-ins and she ordered hers with 3 once we left I could visibly see how much less was In my container compared to my partners so I wieghed them when we got home to find mine was over 100g less then hers even with me having 4 more mix-ins then hers needless to say the feeling of being ripped off left a horrible taste in my mouth I thought before I left a review I'd contact the store through email only to be left without a reply which just added insult to injury. For an ice cream parlour that charges a hefty price for what you get you would deffinatly expect more.

Always served by the loveliest employee on the night shifts, I believe his name is Grant. Fantastic customer service and always makes sure my ice cream is perfectly mixed and cup filled to the brim. Keep it up guys!

Friendly staff who have a great phone manner and are always happy to help with following up on deliveries. They do a good job with the ice cream itself and are pretty generous with things like extras on orders, such as Nutella on top, ect. whenever extras are ordered. However the delivery service used is very unpredictable and can occasionally be great and get to you on the quoted time and even more occasionally earlier - but most of the time they do tend to come late or much later then the quotes delivery time, with myself having experiences of over an hour past the delivery time. I believe though that this is an Independent delivery company and is not necessarily the stores fault as they are always lovely about the time issues and try their best to follow up what has happened with the order. As a whole the store is great and does a good job, but I would recommend they do something about the delivery service or just to perhaps keep in mind if you have any specific time relevant plans when ordering the delivery. The store itself is great though. Thank you cold rock
