Chicken burger patty was a bit over cooked and salty how ever beef burger was nice.. over all good value for money if you go direct

I didn’t even get to eat my burger or chips until it was cold as I had to go back to work with it but I got the cheesy brisket and I was very impressed. Yum! My niece got the Getta ‘Lot’ burger and was also impressed. Would definitely get again.

Great burgers! Amazing taste and quality ingredients. Recommend to anyone. A little pricey but worth it.

We were served by a blonde haired gentleman tonight who had fantastic customer service skills! Very genuine, friendly interaction. Our meals were fantastic and made relatively quickly in comparison to our usual experience with Getta Burger (always a wait but always worth it!!) And we liked that this store had a couple of indoor seats as the one that we frequently doesn't. Will never stop praising this business for it's vego & vegan options! Keep evolving, we love ya!

Waited over 30minutes to get my food once I ordered and my meal was cold when I finally got it. The burger and chips was very average. Considering the price I was charged, I expected something nicer.

Been there three times so far, it has thus far remained consistent and delicious. I even went as far to see if it was a franchise and available to buy get into the market as this may be the best current burger outlet anywhere!!!

Good brisket burgers but not good chips. Soggy and not very tasty.

If I could give 0 stars to the two girls that should never work in customer service I would. I walked in 20 minutes before close time and asked politely if they were still cooking. One ignored me, the other gave me a filthy look and continued doing whatever she thought was so important. If I was the owner I would be disgusted if these two girls were my staff. Just embarrassing if you ask me.

Love this place. Always come with friends and manage to get a seat but you have to chance it. Always try and order the special. Only had a bad experience with the buns a few months ago but it was a 1 in 10 experience as every other time has been tops.

I ordered the brisket burger. It was delicious. The meat wasn’t stringy. The flavour was smoky. Fast service. Ambience isn’t great but good for a quick takeaway

Honestly the closest thing to a “cheeseburger” that I’ve had since becoming vegetarian 3 years ago! <br/>The vego pattie is so good and I often have huge cravings for the vego cheese burger (especially if I’m hungover haha) <br/>Don’t sleep on the mozzarella sticks either, I could eat buckets of them 😍

Offers a unique selection of burgers.  The first time we visited, the food was fresh and portions large.   Part of the draw to the place was fresh burgers that were good quality. Over time, we have watched the portion size shrink and the quality of food go down as well.  With the shrinking portion size and quality, the prices have stayed the say. Not a great way to keep customers coming back.

Been going to Getta Burger for years; the north lakes store just doesn't cut it, unfortunately. Ordered in the store last night, made a few changes to the burgers but it's the same as always; add extra onion, add another sauce the the getta boss, requested a less fatty piece of brisket, salt on the onion rings and a sauce on the side. Not sure what happened but we didn't receive any of the extras that we ordered - and on top of that, my bun had white mould on the top and was stale. The filthy fries were nothing to be excited about when they are usually the best. Really super disappointing because I double and triple checked with the girl at the register that I had made the right amendments to our order and she assured me the notes were there.
