Review Kfc - North Lakes

This store is consistently a let down, in all areas of service. Incorrect orders given twice. Asking for a simple extra salt on chips is beyond them. Delivery time through Menulog or Uber is ALWAYS over time. Not enough space for examples and further elaboration.

Everything you would expect and appreciate from a fast food chain store. Food as expected, quick and on point with my order and the young girl at the drive through window was pleasant and served me with a delightful smile. Well done!!

Worst KFC ever, chips where cold and soggy and chicken not only was 3 wings in a pack also not great flavour totally understand why they had no customers at 8pm on a Thursday night. Never going back

This is now the 3rd or 4th time i’ve ordered KFC whether it be through uber eats doordash or menu log and every single time i’m left waiting long after my expected delivery time and it’s not the delivery service fault. I have drivers cancel as they’re tired of waiting. I’m beyond angry i’m left waiting 2 hours before i get my food. Then to top it all off there’s always something missing from the order. So careless awful customer service.

Gets really busy and the drive through Q is long. That said in my experience the food is always fresh and hot.

As Someone with a disability needing to stop rest perhaps get some food use the rest room and continue with my day I would not recommend this KFC at all I was there last Saturday as I walked in and as you can see almost every Table in the restaurant was dirty or covered in wrappers whilst the staff was standing around at the front counter this was taken at 2:44pm so well after what you would call the lunch rush and plenty of time to clean there where what looked to be 4 maybe ppl waiting and approx 3 tables had apple at them the rest was empty and dirty. the only reason I have given the 2 star's was that the restroom was clean and tidy I didn't end up purchasing due to the state of the restaurant I was not going to bring my family in...... If the Franchise owner dose read this I'm not looking for free im simply pointing out as per photos that there restaurants was not clean and tidy!!! ill avoid this for the foreseeable future.

Toilet water tasted like fresh sparkling water. Yum. Highly recommend!!!!
