Review Taco Bell - North Lakes

Went here for the first time with the family, first time ever to a taco bell. Service was very good, great at taking the order and making sure it is correct, very friendly staff members. We ate in, table was a little messy, great staff sorted it in no time. Food quality was not that great, it wasn't bad, I think it is their standard range. Quantity was a little on the lite side...staff, place was all great, maybe just not my thing, though I do love take out. It was ok value for money.

Down at Taco bell today 22nd Oct 21 Gaby was serving front counter. Our family had a tricky order but she was friendly, courteous and helpful throughout. Really left a good impression on me. I haven't come across such good service in this country in quite a while. Thank you Gaby and Taco Bell for a good time 🙂

Had the Crunchwrap Supreme. Was pretty decent, but didn’t live up to the hype of Taco Bell I hear so much of. Fell quite short of how big and full of filling it appeared as in photos. Unlimited post mix refills is a plus (though I wish I knew that before ordering a large cup). Restaurant was well presented.

We got avocado despite asking for "no avocado" as my partner is allergic. This was rectified with a refund and credit but the night we were given our credit we ordered (in store, face to face) clearly "no avocado as he is allergic". We got another avocado burrito. Training (to listen) is needed as this can make some people very sick

Food is what is expected of a fast food joint. Not bad but nothing to write home about. Staff were friendly. Music in store was too loud though, and caused issues communicating with the staff.

The good news: it's freakin Taco Bell! The bad news: it's not the same as a Taco Bell in California. The items are more expensive, including an extra dollar or two when ordering for delivery (actually higher prices, not just a delivery fee). But that might be forgiven since most restaurants in AU are like that. Except that I DON'T forgive them for that. But the nail in the coffin for this place is the food quality... or more specifically, the lack thereof. The burritos and tacos aren't as "full" as they're supposed to be, and the quesadillas were half cooked. While it was possible to get them to grill the quesadilla longer, it wasn't possible to fix the burritos. Even then, you couldn't bring items that weren't grilled it cooked long enough back to the counter to be cooked longer if you'd order delivery, it even taken away, since you'd be long gone before noticing. With the burritos we were told that the correct number of "scoops" of each ingredient were used, and that that was just the way it was supposed to be. I attribute this problem to greedy management, not to the folks working in the store, but regardless, it means that you can't get the food you want or expect, and the prices for the food you do get are higher than what it's worth. Overall, it looks like a Taco Bell, but it's an unsatisfying experience. We've been to other Bells outside the US, Bangkok for example, and while there was some variation, they were like the Taco Bell we all know and love. The Australian Bell experience has just been cost reduced to the point that you can't really like it, let alone love it, and certainly can't endorse it. It's not just a problem with this particular restaurant, we've tried several of the Bells in AU, both in QLD and VIC, and it feels like management's decisions that have damaged the quality, value, and the brand in general. In the end, it's just a disappointment. NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered from this store a couple nights ago. Order arrived cold. Delivery driver said there was an issue at the store. To top it all off. Part of the order was missing. Have been trying to deal with doordash to resolve a refund but they refuse so here we are. Disappointed in the service from this store and their poor quality control in letting sub par product leave their store. wont use doordash or order from here again. I do not recommend!!!

worst Mexican food ever in Australia. very small portion size, I think they ran out of all kinds of seasonings including salt. meal did't tested like Mexican at all. food was ready within 30 seconds which was impressive, no wonder the food was super cold and all the ingredients was just thrown in the box. will never going there again.
