Great quality ice cream. Always a good place for desert after dinner. Ice cream cake is awesome!
Baskins at North Lakes always takes allergies seriously. Either in person or via Uber Eats they go above and beyond by getting a new scoop and a new tub. As someone who has a serious gluten allergy it’s super comforting to know I can eat there with confidence. It happens at very few places

Staff are polite and very friendly. Great choice of flavours of ice-cream. They give you a sample taste first so you know which ice-cream flavour you would like best. The ice-cream cakes are amazing. Will be going there again.

Tasty ice cream, lots of flavours, polite staff and a cosy corner. If I could make the traffic noise go away, it'd be perfect.
The place is easy to access and parking is usually easy enough outside of key meal hours. But if you visit for an after dinner scoop you might find it challenging to find a park.
I must admit, it has been a while since I visited. I was a bit alarmed when I got the charge for a two scoop waffle cone.
Staff are often friendly, some know my order which is nice, that way I don’t have to keep repeating each time I come in. Ice cream is great quality. Scoops could be slightly bigger considering the price, but overall really good.
