Great little place, excellent food and service. Had lunch and ordered the pumpkin coconut soup which was super delicious including the pastries on display which I couldn't resist to takeaway. I'll definitely be back again!
Drove from Mandurah to have coffee and cake after seeing it on TV (WA weekender) Well worth it. Great selection of delicious sweet treats, super staff 10/10

I always get a great meal here and take home a cake or two. The coffee is strong for me but the food is well prepared and presented. Prices are easy to deal with.
Angove Street in North Perth is a lovely little cafe strip. The bustling street is lined with tables and chairs, cafes packed with people and their pooches at spots like Milkd, Stomp Coffee (at Angove Street Collective), Locale and Fiorentina – where we popped in for afternoon tea. My Mum, who’s very partial to a sweet treat or three, thought this would be a brilliant spot to stop for coffee n cake.
I’ve been here twice now for brekkie, and both times it’s been delicious! I have no idea why it has a low rating! Portion sizes are generous, and the ingredients are fresh and flavourful. Staff are always super friendly too. I haven’t tried any of the pastries yet, but make sure you get there early to make most of the offerings as they seem to sell out quickly!
Woah, not sure why Fiorentina has such a low overall score but we enjoyed our breakfast muchly. They have a varied all day menu and we opted for the blueberry and vanilla buttermilk pancakes with lemon ricotta, berries and chocolate, wagyu burger with hand cut chips and their spin on eggs bennie with seared steak.
The standout dish were the pancakes. Fluffy and the lemon ricotta was so good. Staff were friendly and engaging, we enjoyed the banter.... we'll defs be back!
Sorry to say but Fiorentina is very ordinary

I love Fiorentina! Every single staff member was so lovely and assertive! The cakes... Oh man, I couldn't choose. The coffee is lovely and the servings are generous. I would definitely go back!
Not sure why this place is so poorly rated.
I've been here on two occasions - both on Sundays afternoons.
The canolis ($4 each) and coffees were nice.
They have a great selection of cakes in their cake fridge. Unfortunately there are no price tags or name tags, which is a pet peeve of mine.
The overall service was fairly good, and on the second occasion that I visited, they came to the table to take our order (table service).
I'd like to return to try their other cakes and/or their breakfasts.
I can't complain about their food , Ive always had decent servings here. Had a breakfast burrito which were different but still tasty.Coffee is on the small side and food is a little pricey.
Gets real busy on weekends but a nice little spot to grab cakes and biscuits.
What a gem! Absolutely love the food & service here. The pastries & cakes are amazing & fresh and I've recently tried the breakfast menu and couldn't fault it. Smashed Avo and eggs with benefits are a popular choice and when the price is under $20 each, you know you're on a winner :) I hear they're about to do a dinner menu as well..... Stay tuned for an update review 😉
Always busy on the weekend. Strong, creamy smooth and a good size mug of coffee. Almond meal biscuits was very good. Breakfast was good with big portion. Amazing service!
Disappointed to see such a poor rating for this place.
They serve a late breakfast and have a diverse menu so there is definitely something for everyone!
We had a great breakfast, only criticism was my fellow diner's Chai Latte as it was rather milky and not very chai but my coffee was great.

Underrated. According to the reviews here this place is only a 2.8. It is easily better than that. Service is fast, friendly and attentive. Free bottle of water on arrival without having to ask. Waiting times for food and coffee are not long. Food is always served hot and is decent. Coffee is good, even liked the bullet proof coffee which you can't really get any where else. Overall, recommended.

Never ever disappointed with the service, food and staff at this place. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel right at home. Everyone is always smiling even when it is busy as anything!
They have a great selection of cakes and sweet treats. If you're craving something for that sweet tooth, this place will hit the spot.
The scrambled eggs is my favourite on the menu because the eggs are so fluffy and taste great with all sides. The sourdough toast is the perfect selection to have the scrambled eggs with.
The coffee is always made to perfection, their lattes are so creamy and never bitter or burnt. This does depend on who makes it, however I've never had a bad coffee from here
I highly recommend coming around 7:30-8:30am as its busy but you can still get a seat but even if you come a bit later you'd still get a seat with a minimum of 10 minute wait to be seated.
Service is very prompt and they have just changed to table service so they are more organised as before they had a line outside the door before and that was only to order coffee or food.
Dropped in without a booking for breaky & got a table quit easily even though the restaurant was busy! I had the big breaky & it was yummy! Coffee was nice as well! Will try lunch or dinner next!

A drive down Angove Street in North Perth on any day of the week will leave you wondering if you’re missing out on the best breakfast in Perth. People almost spill out onto the street sitting on tables that push the limits of the boundaries, parking is at a premium and even the dogs are jostling for space at the tables. It’s like North Perth’s version of Freo’s cappuccino strip.
Fiorentina Patisserie and Cafe sits perched on the top corner of the strip and from the outside it looks like a cafe that would actually belong on the cappuccino strip. It’s got the awnings emblazoned with the cafe name and it’s even got the regulars who shout “Ciao ciao” as they walk out with their coffee in hand.
We came to this cafe yesterday on a rainy cold Saturday morning around 11:30am wanting to grab some brunch. Happy to find that their all day menu included breakfast dishes. The place started to get really busy and rowdy around 12:30pm but we didn't mind, felt that it just reflected on the cafe's popularity. Coffee arrived which tasted alright. The food we had was amazing though (ordered shashuka and the eggs florentina). The cakes on display looked really amazing too and it looks like they make cakes to order because quite a few people walked in to pick up cakes. There was an awesome profiterole tower that someone came to pick up, which caught our attention. Not too many indoor seating for the colder weather though, mostly outdoor seating and when it gets busy the seats fill fast. Overall quite enjoyed our visit.
Only 47%?!?!?!?. Dropped in for a light breakfast and after ordering we thought about doing a runner after checking Urbanspoon and seeing it was sitting on a paltry 47% (drats...we already paid!!). The pastries (cannoli, crostoli and Portugese tart) we ordered were very good but the chocolate in the cannoli was not quite chocolatey for my taste, the coffee was exceptional and the eggs benedict and bacon (eggs with benefits) we ordered to share was delicious and graciously split in half and served on two plates (ordinarily at a lot of other places around Perth we are looked down upon for asking to share one breakfast!!). We will definitely be back.
Ms. D and I ventured to North Perth for a late breakfast. We had somewhere in mind but they had just finished serving breakfast so we stumbled upon Fiorentina. We took a seat outside the busy restaurant and browsed the menu. We ordered our drinks to begin. Ms. D ordered a fresh Chai Latte and I ordered my usual Latte. The Chai Latte arrived beautifully presented, however, she commented that it was a little too milky for her liking. There are a lot of great choices on the menu so after careful consideration, I decided on Eggs with Benefit and went for the salmon option ($18.50) and Ms. D favoured the Shakshuka ($18.50).
My "go to " place for coffee in the mornings, always fast & friendly service. Coffee tastes great and is always hot..unlike some of the local cafes that insist on serving tepid coffee. The lemon citron tart is to die for it's a family's favorite
Have always had a pleasant experience :). I am surprised to read reviews re: rude customer service. I have been to breakfast at Fiorentina approx 3 times in the past 3 months (most recently dined there for breakfast on Saturday) and have always had a nice experience. Cafe is always busy, with lovely food. While the staff are always busy running around serving customers, I admit - I have never had a bad experience. Barista is friendly and chatty and happy to make coffee to your liking and when I've managed to nab a table during the busy breakfast time I've always had the Manager or staff quickly wipe it down and hand me a menu. I love this place and is certainly a fav :)
Today changed my mind. Better service and good food. Keep it up!
We stopped at Fiorentina for a coffee and a light breakfast whilst shopping. We had a group of 7 and it was great that they had options to easily accommodate our group.
Amongst the group we enjoyed the coffee and some of the muffins baked in house. I ate the jar of Bircher muesli which I enjoyed however it could have done with having slightly more yoghurt and being slightly less sweat as by the time I got to the end of it I felt like it was a bit much.
They had a great breakfast special for about $12 which I could see lots of people ordering and they were definitely kid friendly.

Bit expensive but nice. 3 of us had lunch here on a busy Friday afternoon. We each ordered the "Truffle Mushy" $24.50 (a wild mushroom pasta). It was cooked well and very tasty but the portions were small for the price and each plate varied on our table. Unfortunately I had the smallest dish and was still hungry. Coffee was served in very pretty teacups and saucers which we loved and the staff was friendly. Separate billing is also a plus.
Went here a few weeks ago and it was pretty good. A nice and quiet weekday- thank god they had the mist machines on outside. I ordered a lunch special- The Rotolo. It was to die for, it was fresh and home made. My boyfriend just ordered a roll from the cabinet which he said was "just good" and coffee. The coffee came after the food was delivered, which was odd.... I had an iced coffee which was pretty good! Luckily the good food made up for the cold and slow service. Not a single smile in that place, very unwelcoming.
Wow, wow, wow! I finally found a cafe in Perth that is as good as any in Melbourne. Absolutely brilliant breakfasts, cakes, coffee, ice coffee, milkshakes, etc.
Cronut-licious. Just had a quick look at some of the reviews below and can't say I have been here for lunch or coffee but judging by how many people I generally see inundate this corner spot whether I am walking by or driving by; it's hard to imagine that their food is SO terrible.
I must say though, that being one of the few places that offer cronuts in Perth, it did not disappoint. I bought a few for the family and they loved it! Definitely only something you want to eat once in a blue moon but two thumbs up!!
Great experience. I can't understand all the "dislikes". Had lunch with friends to-day and we all agreed how yummy the food was and we also had great coffee.
As for the service and Staff, both were excellent, even though it was busy.
We will be back.

Good spot for Brunch. I was a bit shocked when I read the bad reviews for this place and saw the overall rating. I really like Fiorentina and have found the breakfasts to be fresh and generously portioned. Coffee is strong, cannoli's are tasty and the macarons make my eyes water. I see most of the negative reviews are centred around poor service. I have never really had a problem with the service here I can see how you might. I think that's a broader Perth issue though.
Cannot believe the low ratings given here and think it must be jealous competitors. On the weekends this place is really buzzing and the breakfasts are really good. The staff are great and the coffee and pastries are excellent as well. Clearly bums on seats means more than ratings on Urbanspoon because this place is nearly always busy.
Stopped there for lunch on Saturday it was really good. Pork belly wrap was really good and so was the ginger beer. Took some desserts home and the lemon tart was amazing. Happy to go back.
Friendly customer service, fresh delicious food that I cannot fault. Ordered a gluten-free toast with mushroom. I can’t remember what it was called but check out the photo below. Go check out this place for yourself. Perfect place for a weekend breakfast/ brunch or a lazy lunch or even an afternoon tea.

We organised a cake through Fiorentina for a celebration of life family get together. Absolutely everyone loved the cake! Not only did it present beautifully but the quality and taste was of the highest standard. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you 🙏

Looking for somewhere to have brunch in North Perth we found ourselves sitting in Fiorentina. A great memory from our time in Florence.
The breakfast bruschetta was huge, and delicious. And the strong latté was good too.

We have been coming to Fiorentina for many years and I’ve finally got around to writing this review. Every single time we visit, whether it’s a meal, quick coffee or takeaway pastries, we have always experienced outstanding food, service and atmosphere. I’ve recently moved out of the area, it will always come back to Fiorentina. Thank you to the whole team.
Perfect breakfast with fresh bread and melting eggs! Then I almost had no words for how delicious the lemon meringue and orange cake were and now I am still smiling :)
