We had a lovely coffee and banana bread here, the staff where really nice and so accomodating. The owner is a lovely lady who takes the time to talk to her customers, good old fashioned hospitality.
We had to sit outside because we have a little puppy, its nice to have a cafe in the area that is pet friendly.
All up a great option for pet owners who need a caffeine fix
My family had dinner here a few Friday's ago and we were very happy with our experience. Aside from the fact that there was about 2 vegetarian options on the menu, it was in general a well executed menu. I had the bruschetta off the Specials board. My family had a burgers and salads. I also had a tiramisu for desert, which was so good! All in all, a very nice little restaurant/cafe.
Was out West for lunch with wifey the other day and stopped in to @therockspantry for a bite to eat. I got the classic beef burger and modified it 💪
Triple beef and cheese on a toasted milk bun with beetroot, lettuce, tomato and homemade smokey aioli with a side of thick cut chips 🍔😊
The soft, pillowy toasted bun was a big winner and I'd already noticed from their breakfast that they cook bacon well. The beef could improve, but I don't imagine it's the biggest draw card judging by the yummy cakes in the front mirror 😅👌
The sleepy suburban shopping centre at North Rocks is home to The Rocks Pantry, a surprisingly stylish cafe with copper pendant lights and a contemporary fitout, full of locals and families when we visited on a weekend. It’s dreary and cold, so we go straight for their Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pie (from their weekly specials blackboard menu) and are pleasantly surprised to find a deconstructed pie with a thin sliver of flaky puff pastry on top of a big bowl of creamy chicken and mushroom “filling”. It’s actually quite soup-like and is comforting, if more fragrant than I expected. The dish comes with a stack of thick-cut chips seasoned with rosemary, which goes well dunked in the creamy filling.
Breakky ninja!!
Came here with a big appetite, rolled away with full bellies and left over food.
The pancake was delicious, chocolate sauce and maple syrup on the side made this dish epic. Be warned it can be filling!
We also got the Hungry rocks breakky which was HUGE! We underestimated the size so we added chorizo for good measure. The eggs were cooked perfectly, chorizo had a kick to it and tasted great, i loved the spicy sausage and the turkish toasted bread was good.....
Our server was polite and friendly, she was extremely helpful because we were picky but such a lovely girl.

Christmas shopping makes me hungry! We checked in here for a very late lunch, about 3 o'clock. The place had people in it but was not at all busy so we got quick service and had tea and coffee in front of us in minutes. Not the greatest coffee I've had. I ordered breakfast (as you do at 3pm) and mum had chicken risotto. Both were good, big portions, and served hot and quick. As we were paying, the owner of the business, Paul, came and shared some lovely overproof Christmas cheer with us and had a chat. Just when you think Sydney is a big place, it seems I may have nursed him many years ago. Merry Christmas to all at Little Rock Cafe.
Have met up with friends here for lunch a couple times. the food is your average café fare, and always nice. Coffee is probably average, but service and food selection makes up for it. Good spot to catch up with friends.
