Ate there for the first time today and the food was good! I was excited to go back, but the food poisoning hit me around 10 minutes after I finished eating, and has now continued to affect me almost 2 hours after. Would not recommend unfortunately ):

Rice was overcooked and was flowing out from the bottom of the roll. The seaweed wasn't wrapped properly and the roll was open. A bit pricey as well.

Very average quality and nothing really great. Their Sashimi is so THIN that you can see the air from the other side! The change of management ruined the business. Sad Story.

Fresh sushi, but way too small for the price. For the same price at Macquarie Centre (a 400 metre walk away), you can get a sushi roll 2x-3x the size for the same price.

Overpriced and stale. Went at 11am, rice was hard and cold. Salmon was not fresh. Appears to be left over from the night before. Never coming back

Finish a $3.5 chicken Katsu in one bite, definitely skimping out on the ingredients. Sushi Hub is way better.

Tried their chicken teriyaki udon. It was so good freshly cook and the chicken is amazing. Very friendly service.

Sushis getting smaller and smaller everyday. Since the owners changed this franchise is cutting corners. Different size and quality compared to the better one at Rhodes.
