Good tasting healthy food at a reasonable price. Alsways fresh. The small menu is a welcome approach that keeps it moving fast. It does get busy during lunchtime and they often seem short staffed so a wait is likely if you get the timing wrong.

Excellent food quality and taste. First time here and will definitely be back. I ordered the small teriyaki bowl with zucchini noodles as the base, It was really nice and filling, Ingredients tasted really fresh and overall very flavoursome.

I come here about once a month and am always pleased. I regularly eat the salmon green goddess or create my own salmon bowl. Ingredients are always fresh, and I'm full and satisfied! Delicious 😋

Top quality Hawaiian Poke. Very healthy, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the spicy citrus tuna with zucchini noodles, my favourite. The service speed is really great if you are in a hurry.

Fresh ingredients, super filling and super duper tasty. It's a crime to have something so healthy be so good! Love that you can build your bowls as well.

Popular poke bowl place so it's very busy during lunch time. Fish was super fresh and the sauce is not overly spicy. Lots of toppings options but there are some pre-set ones as well so it gives you an easy of mind. They are also doing lots of promotions so I will go back again!

Yesterday I had my first Jude fish poke bowl down on Bondi beach. It was a perfect experience... the food was so fresh and it had the cutest presentation. I designed my own bowl so loved every mouthful. Staff was lovely and there was a great atmosphere- we didn’t want to leave!

There's poke and then there's Nude Fish Poke - its no overstatement to say these guys are redefining what fresh, quick and delicious food is meant to be. Some of the best quality fish I've ever had served up with interesting and limitless flavour combos has kept me hooked (aren't fish puns fun?) and already looking forward to my next bowl. Personal recommendation: Miso eggplant bowl with tuna added in = best of both worlds.

Nudefish Poke is a chain poke store that serves a range of fresh and tasty poke bowls with the ability to choose from popular mixes as well as make your own customisable bowls. I love poke bowls so was keen to come and try out their North Sydney centre location for lunch one weekday. We ordered two of their winter bowls, both with half brown rice and half cabbage and baby spinach base, one with salmon teriyaki and avocado topping and the second with chicken teriyaki and mushrooms. Both bowls were delicious, the salmon was of the highest quality and cooked well, the teriyaki sauce had a good flavour and the bases were healthy and nutritious. I also enjoyed the toppings, the edamame and seaweed made for great green mix ins.

Tuna, Coconut, pineapple ... some of the ingredients that I love.<br/>This ingredients should me on the menu to celebrate summer!<br/>Combine with choices of 2 items for the base, I chose zucchini noodle, with cabbage and baby spinach.<br/>Mint, chilli, sprout and cashew coconut flakes to add the crunchiness and ponzu dressing to combine all this ingredients together.<br/>On top of that I add avocado with extra $2, making this dish “pineapple tuna ponzu” a really good healthy and delicious option for lunch!

Nice poke bowls, not the best I have had though. I ordered the wasabi salmon which was flavoursome and had crunchy wasabi pieces in it. The chicken poke bowl was a little disappointing though, it came with fried onion on top which did not seem to go. They were nice bowls but did not have that amazing freshness of flavor like other places- but could be because we ordered takeaway! I would recommend salmon over chicken.

I still remember the first time when I tasted poke bowl, it was a revelation I had been waiting for when everything else failed to tantalise me. Although originating from Hawaii and considered a part of local cuisine, I personally think the inspiration may come from Japanese Donburi, which is essentially rice bowl topped with fish, beef, chicken, etc. One popular type of Donburi is Kaisendon (海鮮丼) where raw fish and seafood are beautifully arranged on top of rice in a bowl.

Absolutely delish! Fresh, convenient and extremely tasty. Can't wait to go back to try more of the bowls! Highly recommended for a quick work lunch!

Been here a couple of times and I do recommend the eggplant! It is delish. Also tried the tofu more recently, but eggplant is definitely nicer. It is a tad pricey for lunch but it keeps you full and considering the ingredients and the fact it's a healthy option, i'd say it's worth the price!

Ridiculously expensive and made me feel so sick after. Will never eat there again. Way too overpriced, almost paid $20 for a small bowl with barely any ingredients. Felt very nauseous the whole afternoon/night after eating there for lunch. And they put WAY too much sauce. Ruined the taste and others I have spoken to also mentioned this. Don't eat there.

Came for their promo 100 free bowls. Hot dang the line was super long already! Grabbed the poke bowl that had salmon, shredded veggies and a spicy citrus dressing for a special $5. Very nice but wouldnt personally pay the full price for it.

Fresh bowls that are easily customisable to your palette where you choose your base, choose your protein and mix 5 add-ins!   Right near my office i can see this cute little takeaway place recharging my day in between meetings.  If your'e indecisive like me, thank goodness for their pre-set selection of "Favorites" - I opted for the Wasabi Salmon.   Freshness to the fish with streaks of wasabi cut through picked carrot and beetroot!  Definitely a great quick fix lunch if your'e on the go and need a break from the office!

This is the second time I’ve tried this place. First time was so delicious! This time I couldn’t finish it because it was so salty and super spicy! Too spicy that I couldn’t taste anything else. Would have returned it but was already back in the office.

Nudefish Poke newly opened in Greenwood Plaza opposite Burgers by Josh. This place has been SUPER popular since it’s opened. There are quick service lunch bowls if you don’t want to wait for your bowl to be freshly made. . These bowls are pretty expensive when you start to customise it, i think one of my bowls was almost $20 lol!

Amazing food, I love the concept. I go to the north sydney shop almost every day. The staff are super friendly. Love this place ! Keep it up with the good work.

The Poke craze had hit North Sydney, interesting choice of locale, given most of my colleagues have no idea what it is. There weren't too much explanations at the outlet, nor any finished food on display or even pictures/posters of what it is, so they were mostly hesitant to try it. I did give it a go. Got a miso sesame eggplant bowl with kelp noodle salad with some added mushroom. Bit pricy with a small at $15.50, but it was really filling, I could hardly finish it. All of the flavours were great, particularly love the eggplant & mushrooms, but for the price (the mushroom is extra $2 surcharge) there wasn't much of them. Overall very enjoyable, but terrible value for money, can get a decent salad at one of the many salad bars around for a much cheaper price.

Love love love! I come here at least twice a week. The green goddess salmon is definately the best option (for me)! Yum! <br/>Definitely recommended for any north sydney peoples!

As someone who doesn't eat fish, I was so happy to find a vegetarian pokè that wasn't completely tasteless! The tofu and miso eggplant as vego options at nudefish are soooo yummy! Can't wait to return ☺️

It was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and quick, and the serving size is very generous. Highly recommended for a great lunch.

I'm a big fan of Pokè and since it came to Australia have tried a fair few different restaurants. I definitely rate Nudefish Poke the highest! I've eaten there 3 times now and each bowl I have is more delicious than the next. The salmon and tuna are incredibly fresh and the flavours go together perfectly (great balance of sauce/crunch/protein and base). I love the option of kelp noodles for something a bit more healthy. There's also a really cool, trendy fit-out which is a nice escape in the busy MLC foodcourt. I'm so excited to have found this work lunch staple!

I've now been back to Nude Fish Poke 4 times in the past 3 weeks. It's great to have such a healthy option close to work. The fish has always been fresh, the flavours are simple and perfect and I always get the biggest smile when I walk in. This place is an easy 5/5

I tried this new place in the MLC and was extremely disappointed.  The flavours were bland and the salmon was slimy and so "fishy".  You can tell it was not fresh.  Will not be returning.

Not many places that sell poke, but lucky enough this is a 5 min walk away from work. I'm more inclined to make my own bowl and have ordered from this place 3 times. I've seen the fish get delivered mid-day so I'm assuming it's quite fresh. The simple flavours are delicious and the spicy mayo has a nice little kick. Only downside is that it is quite pricey and there is only a small amount of salmon added in the bowl. I dont think the amount of salmon is quite consistent as the second time going, felt like I've received a lesser amount. Still delicious and a refreshing option for lunch. Definitely will come back when I have a craving for something fresh.

Since my last Melbourne trip I've been curious about the new 'Poké' craze that the other city had. Didn't get to try it out there of course, so I was excited to find out that one had opened up in Greenwood Plaza. I figured with the diet and all, this would be the best time to try this place out, as they have create-your-own options on the menu that costs the same as the prebuilt poké bowls. <br/><br/>I still don't really understand what poké is technically. From what I gather it's all about fresh ingredients and it's basically a fancy salad? Either way, it tastes surprisingly good. I got a custom poké, with salmon sashimi, sesame eggplant (because I can never resist eggplant) with a kale and cabbage base along with seaweed, radish, onions, pickled carrot and citrus mayo. The salmon was really good, tastes fresh and has a nice texture. The eggplant was delicious, but I am biased. <br/><br/>Either way, it's a pretty decent filling salad, especially if you're looking for a healthy meal option around Greenwood. $17 for my bowl ($14 for small size and $3 extra for my additional eggplant) wasn't too bad, but it certainly is a bit more pricey than the other places in the food court. But worth trying out if you are interested in the Poké craze just like me.
