Review Oporto - North Sydney

Do Dar
Great place for chicken meals. Staff are friendly. Lots of options here. The spicy sauce sure is HOT! Good value with the half chicken boxes. Lots of seats to eat in too.

long waiting time during peak unlike others in greenwood / northpoint, plus made me sick for some reason. portion size was also disappointing. if you want to wait so long might as well go to Marley's.

Good location and easy to get to. They have a good system in place to take your order. Wait time can be long during peak period so it's recommended you go outside peak time to get a better experience, I also find the food to be better quality outside of peak time. Staff are friendly but can be hard to understand due to language barrier. Price is reasonable for the taste. Cleanliness isn't so great, and unfortunately because it's an open restaurant, you tend to see birds cleaning up the tables and hanging around!

During lunch period it get busy and the standard of the food drops. Chicken hardly without any basting or flavour.

I usually takeaway the double Bondi burger medium spicy from here, they make it good, .Even the rice as a meal combination was nice and filling. Like to have Oporto than deep fried ones elsewhere.

This store has the worst service in Sydney. Not worth your time or money. Awful.

No taste, very small amount of chilli... Very disappointed
Aimee.
We ordered two Bondi burgers with double patties which were quite delicious. However the chips were unseasoned and soggy.

Rating 3.0 Not normally a fan of Oporto, but my colleagues were chipping in to get a bulk meal set. Pretty good value. My chicken burger this time the burger was not too dry and seasoned ok. Still not my preferred fast food go to, but ok for a quick lunch.

The chicken with lemon herb source is so delicious. The chicken thigh is always tender and juicy but chicken breast can be. a little bit dry.
I love the pita and grilled corn.

I have been here a few times for weekday lunchtimes and it is usually busy from construction and office workers.

Service is fast, quality of chicken is consistent compared with other Oportos.

Probably the worst Oporto in the country! Apart from Bondi Beach which went bust. This particular store never keeps to their opening hours, never respond to feedback or criticism and nor does head office. Furthermore the staff at Nth Sydney breach privacy by telling colleagues of mine, my complaints. Unprofessional monkeys employed due to paying peanuts and not training staff correctly about acceptable customer service behaviour. Try the chicken shop at Greenwood plaza instead.

All oporto food are disgusting. Not sure why these are still in business.

Ah. I still crave for their prego dips. I could just eat anything with it! Apart from the staple wraps and burgers that this chain sells across Sydney, the one thing that I can keep crunching on is their onion rings! Their Ambiance was not great. Surprisingly, flies kept me company while I ate. Bottomline : I bought a bottle of their Prego sauce before I headed back to my native country. The rest is just standard.

Not the best looking Oporto. Of course it's Oporto so the menu's the same as everywhere else - either you like it or you don't. I always thought it was expensive for just chicken. This shop gets a lot of traffic as it's in the Mount St Mall. I always find it dirty and they don't bother cleaning it that much so it's a chore to eat in.

Had one of the non-basic burgers - tasted exactly the same as every other burger ever eaten there. Potato bites were boiling and meh. Much better to get something from Little Vienna next door.

Clean, efficient, fresh. Its O'Portos; the North Sydney branch does the name proud.
