Review Francois' Pastries - North Sydney

Stopped in for a sandwich at lunch and was impressed by the number of offerings they had beyond the deli counter. A number of good looking soups, some great looking baked goods plus prepared and frozen items to take home. The sandwich was good and had fresh ingredients and soft bread, would love to try some of their other items next time I'm in the area. I had take out but there was a large seating area indoors available as well. A great option in the area for lunch.

It’s advertised as ‘all hand-made from scratch’ baking. All that care in preparation translates into one fine product - Impressive taste and freshness. All this goodness is a bit pricey, but it’s money well spent and your taste buds will be grateful.

I heard people raving about this bakery, so I decided to go check it out. I wanted to order a cake for my daughter's upcoming babyshower. It was nothing like I expected. I was expecting just a regular bakery, what I got was an amazing experience. So much delicious food! From the baked goods to soups to full meals and frozen meal that could be taken home to heat up. The variety seemed endless. I wasn't able to order the cake there. They have a separate catering division that deals with future orders. The lady at the counter was very helpful giving me a flyer with information on different ways I could contact the catering division. But going to Wild Oats gave me a chance to look at the end products before ordering. Although the catering website has wonderful descriptions. I can't wait to go back and enjoy some of that fresh made food and top it off with one of those amazing cupcakes!

they have REALLY good soup. HOWEVER they don’t give you a slice of bread anymore? even if you ask the counter to buy a slice they refused! BRING BACK THE BREAD!!!!🍞🍞🍞🍞

Great vegan options at this expansive deli and bakery!!! Four or five vegan soups, several delicious vegan sandwich options (we tried curried lentil salad and mock chicken salad) with great bread and wrap choices and omg, vegan cupcakes! Everything was delicious! Huge indoor and outdoor seating to sit and relax. They ask you to clean your own tables, which is fine with me.

We've been many times. Excellent baked goods, sandwiches and soups, friendly service. A nice open space to meet with folks for an impromptu meeting. Outside seating is pleasant. Would prefer it if their coffee had a little more flavor - we find it a bit weak.

It's fine. Prices are a little astounding, but they use good ingredients and make good sandwiches. I paid $21 for a sandwich, a drink, and the smallest bag of chips. That's too much right to start. Then they are going to ask for a tip when you pay. Then, they are going to ask you to wipe down tables for them because of staff shortages. Took a while to get the food, and spent more time here than I wanted. It wasn't busy when I was there, so I'm not sure what it was. Maybe call-in orders. So, on to this whole business of sanitizing your own tables with spray and towels because of staff shortages. Eh. Not sure about that. It's not like you need to sanitize a picnic table after you sit there. Seems like a stretch. Maybe we could sweep the floor too, why stop at wiping down tables? I'm the guy who always cleans the table, and always returns the shopping cart, but how about if we don't have to feel latent guilt about wiping down tables after I ate a $21 cold lunch. I'll jump off my soap box now. I don't mind doing my part. I don't think it's their place to ask us to. I guess that's what bothers me. I'm sure there will be a very gracious, kind response from the management, but I think everyone knows what I'm saying.

How anyone doesn’t give Wild Oats five stars is beyond me. My son attends college in the area, and this is his go to place. He took me there today and I was blown away by the food, variety of breakfast and lunch options and the desserts that are equivalent to a religious experience. He ordered his usual which is a panini with egg and avocado while I ordered a Caesar wrap which was among the best I ever had. Also had two desserts that were amazing, lemon frosted cookie and a cinnamon roll made with real maple syrup. The sandwich options are endless and you are free to create your own. The ingredients are fresh and the results are delicious.
