WOW!! 🙋🏼♀️Yes I was one that didn’t know the difference between ice cream and gelato. The biggest decision was just picking 2 flavours!! Absolutely delicious, beautiful friendly staff that are happy for you to try before you buy. I recommend the coconut ice cream 🍦👌

Great service, was able to try before buy so many awesome flavours I had the Donut sandwich with Macadamia el del leche gelato in between toasted with whip cream and drizzled with nutella and strawberry and it was to die for highly recommended !!!!!

I have a number of experiences with Gelatissimo Wollongong - and they have all been amazing.
In Dec 2020 and Jan 2021 I was heavily pregnant and my office was near by - I had milkshakes almost daily…Glorious!
And more recently we bought my sons first birthday cake from them and they were amazing.
Good prices, amazing product and phenomenal customer service.
Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Went here for the first time the other day. Lovely selection of icecreams, lots of gluten free options as well. Service was a little slow, two people were working but one was doing something else and only one was serving. For the price, I find that other ice cream joints are more generous. We had the mint chocolate, cookie dough, new york cheesecake and these were all great.
The milkshakes are so good! I keep coming back for more. So far, the Nutella one is both mine and my partner's favourite!
The staff are always super welcoming and lovely. I have not once had a bad experience.

They are great but didn't have my favourite apple flavour.
I won't lie, the flavours here taste pretty good. The staff are friendly and it's a nice environment to sit in. The negative is, it's small, so not much seating and of cause the parking is a massive issue however, if your walking through the mall, it's definitely worth trying.
