This is our local and always has great pizzas plenty of toppings and really good bases. In the picture it is Gigi‘s favourite and Popeye which is on the menu. Good prices too. We’ve had a lot of pizza in Northcote over the years La Gustosa is certainly our favourite.
The pizza was unexpectedly really nice considering i paid $12 for a medium pizza. Flavour was great and toppings were all great quality. Service was good too 👌
We got a delivery and it was probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. We ordered a capriosa and the ham wasn't ham, just a stack of some sort of luncheon meat. I was expecting much better given the pics and reviews.
Tips for La Gustosa - don’t make online orders and avoid the pasta. I think they rushed my meal and it didn’t really turn out so well. Judging by the reviews the pizza should’ve been the way to go.
Ordered 4 pizzas all average at best. This place used to make great pizzas and has clearly taken a turn for the worse. So disappointing.
