The special rolls are so delicious. I never wouldve ordered a chicken katsu special roll but theirs is so damn good (I accidentally got it instead of the special beef roll). Special beef roll is also amazing, the beef is moist and the rolls themselves are very filling! I eat Japanese every week in Sydney and this is in my top two sushi joints! The other also being a local takeaway store. The owner called me back when they missed my call to take my order, even though they're flat out busy, I've never had a restaurant call me back to take my order.
This isn't a Sushi place you will easily find, nor is it a place that has visual appeal.
East Nowra Shopping Centre saw it's better days maybe over a decade ago, yet it's still there.
Probably one of the ugliest, dirtiest "shopping centres" I've ever seen.
Yet...in amongst the despair is this Sushi place...and had I not been told to ignore the surroundings and go there I would have driven out the moment I arrived!

Excellent pricing makes it quite popular in this low socio economic area.

WOW what a hidden gem! The price is not only reasonable but FRESHLY MADE WHEN ORDERED. We are going back tomorrow, do not miss out!
Food is good and staff are nice but wait times are a bit long.
Last few times I have been there the wait times have been 30mins+ and that's after me calling 20mins prior and making my order.
They need more staff or a bigger shop to cope.
The sushi is made fresh when you order! The food here is amazing. Definitely coming back, will be my regular in the Nowra Area.
