How can any macdonalds be bad, it's impossible. All the facilities are here, kids playground, indoor and outdoor seating, drive thru and maccafe.

The 2 stars are for best tasting McDonald’s in the Shoalhaven. I’d gladly give at least 3 or 4 except the last few times I’ve ordered & picked up through the drive through, staff have forgotten or almost forgotten items in my order. Tonight they forgot the Big Mac in my Big Mac meal…….. HOW DOES tha
Waited almost over 30 minutes at the drive through to order and the customer service was not so great either.
My husband and I went to mc Donald's with our youngest child. We got a high chair for our daughter and it was very dirty. I had to clean it with baby wipes. With this covid around it is vital that they need to be cleaned regularly.and we had to wait for a apple pie for over 20 mins
I made a mistake with my order and requested for a second coffee I didn't order. Kaylee was just so accommodating and really went above and beyond, that simple little gesture really made my day. Thank you Kaylee and the team.
Food is rarely nice, Chips are always half full and soggy. Coffee taste like dishwater and 9/10 times they miss stuff, like all drinks or a whole meals.
