Review Mcdonalds - Nowra

How can any macdonalds be bad, it's impossible. All the facilities are here, kids playground, indoor and outdoor seating, drive thru and maccafe. Kfc is next door but sshhhh its a secret Wheelchair accessible parking and entry

First time buying a coffee from here.. Worst coffee I have ever tasted (Made by the manager) tasted like it was made with skim milk and had no sugar in it (Bad customer service too) First time buying an oreo McFlurry from here.. Half full with a light sprinkle of Oreo on top. Fries are always half full. Update: Again!

Travelled to Nowra for the Queen's birthday long weekend and stayed at Quest Nowra. After a wedding event I had some McNuggets and fries before bed from this location and it was delicious. Woke up in the morning craving for the McNuggets and fries... ordered hash browns as well. Got my mate a sausage and egg McMuffin meal and we got it takeaway to sit by the lake across the road from this place. The food was 10/10. There was a bit of a wait for the McNuggets because it was an unusual order for breakfast but it was well worth it. Despite my friend waiting for me and my order his sausage and egg McMuffin was crispy and he rated his meal 10/10 as well. I wish we had a McDonalds like this in Sydney. Would definitely buy from this location again if I head down to Nowra again. Thanks for the great service and food. It was much appreciated. The coffee was OK too. Cheers.

The 2 stars are for best tasting McDonald’s in the Shoalhaven. I’d gladly give at least 3 or 4 except the last few times I’ve ordered & picked up through the drive through, staff have forgotten or almost forgotten items in my order. Tonight they forgot the Big Mac in my Big Mac meal…….. HOW DOES that happen?! From now on, I’ll be picking up my order in store & emptying the bag whilst at the counter, to make sure everything is there!!!!!!!!

Waited almost over 30 minutes at the drive through to order and the customer service was not so great either.

My husband and I went to mc Donald's with our youngest child. We got a high chair for our daughter and it was very dirty. I had to clean it with baby wipes. With this covid around it is vital that they need to be cleaned regularly.and we had to wait for a apple pie for over 20 mins

I made a mistake with my order and requested for a second coffee I didn't order. Kaylee was just so accommodating and really went above and beyond, that simple little gesture really made my day. Thank you Kaylee and the team.

Food is rarely nice, Chips are always half full and soggy. Coffee taste like dishwater and 9/10 times they miss stuff, like all drinks or a whole meals.
