Customer service training is a definitely need at this store, sour face staff made it very uncomfortable to ask for I wanted to add to my lunch subway. Probably won’t stop here again on our north as this is the second time I am have left feeling dismissed.

Not a great experience when a standard footlong cost $13.50 but was charged $13.95 using card this morning. No explanation about the charge. Luckily I asked for receipt after payment.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They seem to know the products. They had 1 server in training. He was fending for himself. Would have been a lot easier to have a name badge and "In Training". on it as he was nervous and it was worrying too see him working on your lunch.
