We drove through to order. They asked us to wait in the car park for the food. We waited around 15 minutes without anyone coming out give us what we ordered. I have to walk in to front desk. Seems the people don’t know what they doing. They can’t find my order. Not even their manager. I have to show them my bank transfer. Then they realised they missed my order. Supposed to be fast but took us more than half hour to get our meal. Really disappointed. Never going back to this store.

Ordered flat white to compensate for the froth that comes on that... which makes a latte generally... cmon people it's a coffee... Any who.. got my large "flat white" the cup was so light... I opened and it was half full the froth!!! I took my coffee inside to explain I already ordered something different... but please a flat white should have NO froth... forget half a cup that was more than you would put cap. Very disappointing. A nice manager fixed me a new coffee and was also shocked when he opened my cup and I dug for the coffee to show him... that's why 2 stars or it would be 1. As before this whole saga I waited 10 minutes for a toasted sandwich...

Pretty good compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The drive thru usually has fast service and the food is better than some other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Location is also decent and is easy to access so this is probably one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to.

didn't give me the chips. Second time. I can’t understand that. My crisis of confidence in McDonald's begins today. And the soda mixed in the drink tastes much stronger than the drink itself

Seriously everytime I come to this maccas I am never greeted. I just get the eftpos machine thrown at me and my food thrown at me. Never even a hi. I worked at maccas for 5 years and if I found out my staff weren’t greeting people there would be problems. The girl on drive thru today didn’t even acknowledge me for about 2 minutes coz she had her back to the window talking to the other worker. So so rude management really needs to be checking on this.

Don’t bother going here at night… staff will not let you inside….. if staff are not competent to work Night Shift don’t put them on….. there is a whole world of people that work Night Shift, why aren’t we allowed inside to eat and use facilities but off duty paramedics and police are? Double standards! Don’t bother being a 24 hour business if you won’t let customers come in… unlucky for anyone in a car higher than 2.4 metres Will never come here again

Drive through was fine. Carpark had plenty of space Sunday evening. Food was ready quickly and service was friendly. Tried the new McPlant - the patty was better than the Hungry Jack's Rebel Whopper but without plant based sauce and cheese the Rebel Whopper is better but it always takes time to prepare, so McPlant gets points here. Even without the cheese, it's still decent and nostalgic to have McDonald's again after eight years

We have been eating a lot of junk takeaway since working from home and I am so okay with that. Such a mixed experience here though. Chips were stale and cold and unappetising but my burger was fresh and warm and delicious. Hit and miss

I'm really unhappy with the badly trained staff and their faulty ordering kiosks. Not only are the kiosks failing to print out tax invoices, when requesting staff to provide the invoice due to their faulty kiosks, the staff at this McDonald's answer is "We don't do that". If that's true McDonald's needs to fix their buggy point of sales system.

Drove through and grabbed a McChicken meal - service was a little slow even though there were few cars at the drive through. The fries were cold and soggy even though we ate them about 5 minutes after we got them. The burger was OK.

It is was it is. Tastes great but the calories are a killer. Doesn't matter what Maccas you go to, you know it's going to be consistent. You know what you're going to get :P

DO: The nuggets. 24 for $10. Omg what a steal. <br/><br/>DON'T: Forget the fries and sauces. Must order the sauces. <br/><br/>TIP: Don't care what anybody says but Maccas is awesome. Download the app... they have awesome specials on there and so easy to order right from your couch and you can then just walk over at a convenient time. Soooo good

Got a choc thickshake it was all milk all the choc went to bottom. They just threw my drink together and didn't even close it properly. Poor service and weird vibe. One person serving when people take a year to order. Don't they realise that people have been waiting for a while?? Drive thru is ridiculous, crazy busy. Avoid, my fault for going here instead of another place.
