I've had a lot of bad luck with this place and it's 24hr policy. Nearly everytime I've gone past there in the early hours of the morning, in recent times it's either been not possible to make contact with anyone supposedly working in the store or something is out of order forcing the staff to close
This is supposed to be a 24 hr store and yet the amount of times I've been told "sorry we're closed at the moment, come back later" is ridiculous. If it's going to close for certain hours of the night that info should be avaliable for the stores trading hours.

Came through for a late night dinner after work and were served by a young lady who was a little flustered but had the best customer service. Great job Isabella (name tag I hope was right). Food was also amazing.
Asked for fresh burgers (knowing they always give old ones late at night) waited 5-10 minutes in waiting bay. They still give old, dry, burnt patties, asked again for fresh, they came back with the same burger and said it was a new one. Really disappointed in the service and put off from getting HJs
We ordered drive though last night. Very Very poor customer service. The operator/ she was very rude, need more training. We order 6 meals When we went home, there were no sauce in 3 burgers. Won't visit again.
