Two staff. Worried about drive in despite people wanting to order inside the store waiting for over 5 mins. So much for a quick bite for tea. Haphazard and gave no confidence of preparing food in a timely manner. Red rooster had a good run but it's had better days... went to McDonald's next door.
First time to shop at this store and try to redeem an offer under my red rooster account. However the India male staff was very rude and he refuse to let me redeem my offer, and he said if you wanna redeem your offer you need to show them ID! Are you crazy? The food itself was ok. Toilets were disgusting urine all over floor & they smelt like they've not been cleaned or attended too for ages. Dining Room looked unclean too.We had to eat in our car, felt very uncomfortable there
Food was good ,but they need to check orders before they ring them up, as they forgot my hubbies order
A few days ago I haven't been to red rooster for a few years, I remember the chicken and roast veg was great but they don't have it now. Was the best dish I don't get why pulled. But chicken was as tasty as ever.
I guess asking for no tomato twice, undoes the first request of no tomato. Anyway, this is what no tomato looks like at this red rooster. And I can only imagine they read “no tomato”, decided they didn’t know what no tomato meant, and decided, “imma give this bish some tomato. Biches love tomato.”
