Review Flow Bar - Old Bar

Visited here for the first time on a Saturday night. As a vegan visiting the area I was so grateful to see that they had vegan options! The vegan pizza I had was delicious and the staff were super kind and helpful. My partner and I plan on going again before we go back to Sydney and this will be our new favourite place every time we visit! The vibe was super nice and chill.

I'm on a circa 4000km road trip across the Eastern seaboard of the country, travelling via the VIC/NSW coasts from my home in Central VIC - so I'm a long way away from home! I've found myself in the region and had stopped in for breakfast here at Flow Bar in Old Bar. The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing and the alfresco dining area is fantastic, there's such a great vibe at this cafe. Front of house staff are absolutely on point, got me a menu and invited me to sit down quickly. The food came out quickly and it was absolutely fantastic, I had ordered poached eggs on toast with smoked bacon, it's on par with the cafes in Melbourne, but without the Melbourne price tag, I really enjoyed my meal. The team here are really doing it right. Everything was perfect, I recommend anyone in the region who loves sitting down to enjoy a meal to make a stop by Old Bar, specifically to try the food at this cafe and enjoy their alfresco dining setting. Keep up the great work guys, compliments to the front of house staff and the chef(s), I hope to be back again next time I find myself in this beautiful part of our country.

The staff were so lovely. Very relaxed and family friendly atmosphere. And the food was actually so yummy. Was nice to see young people working hard to make a great experience for everyone. And great chill beats too.

Amazing food and great service. Was a great all round experience with a great intimate atmosphere. The menu isn't extensive but what they offer is superb fresh and tasty. Cant wait to go back.

Went there for breakfast. The staff were polite and cheerful and the food was very good. The coffee was a decafe and was ok. Looked good but it wasnt strong enough. It always comes back to the bean and roasting.

Good food and great vibes. Live music available on Friday nights normally and they have some great talent here. Great for a TGIF dinner with drinks or for a round of celebratory drinks and good eats for any occasion. Pizzas are amazing. Great freshly baked stuff. Dough has a great texture and they have great toppings to go with

Great coffee, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

Food really tasty and good service. ..funny how at 8:20pm when the performer left, so did most of the patrons. Weird

Unparalleled hospitality by the four owners, chef and their staff. It's really special to be welcomed so open heartedly by people who were strangers on Friday and family by Monday! So grateful to you all, epic bands and top shelf food, I'll be back soon. Not to mention the coolest accommodation ever by Dave the creative!!

Angel hair pasta, fresh Tuna , tomato, basil, rocket, chilli oil, lemon juice .... had this as my main today, one of the best dishes I have had. Great flavour and bite �

I've been to Flow Bar a few times now, and I reckon it's one of the best venues on the east coast. Beautiful food, great coffee, nice atmosphere and the most accommodating staff ever. Plus live music every weekend. Brilliant !!!!

Pizzas are so good!! Tried the Pumpkin, Ground Beef and Prawn & Chilli last night. Congrats guys, awesome addition to the menu!! A few summer pizza nights coming up.

Incredible establishment.. Local and national History, live music, design, food, the beach nearby.. Great owners with a big dream unfolding.. I'm amazed.. Its a hidden gem!

Finally Gourmet Pizzas at Old Bar. Great range of Pizza's and they taste fantastic. The owners and staff are simply the best.

Fantastic location, funky decor, lovely local flavoursome produce, great menu and customer service. Will be coming back again next year and highly recommend to all!!

What a wonderful first time visit to Flow Bar. Fabulous food, friendly staff and a brilliant live music venue. All made extra amazing whilst listening to Tim Rogers play! Loved it all.
